1. bethel in ny suspect high level apostate, cant identify it but know its there.

2. major organizational changes about to start rolling out, one is changes to the "service committee" and titles, po to be done away with, thats all i know for now.

was told that if you are the sort of person that cant handle changes, you wont stay in the org for long.

i've heard stories that most congregations have no partakers at all.

if there are approx 9000 partakers in 90,000 congregations then 81,000 congregations don't have partakers.

i just don't believe that - how bout you??

A rough estimate would suggest at least 20,000 partakers world wide.. I'll tally this up in a few days and post it under a different thread. Any more data would be great and thanks for the input so far!!

I just don't believe that - how bout you?? In my life as a fomer JW I went to 3 kingdom halls and they all had partakers - 1 in each hall. So if you can remember, how many partakers went to your kingdom hall??.

Even if your hall did not have a partaker could you please say so. Example If you went to 2 KHalls and there was 2 partakers in one hall and zero partakers in the other hall then just type 2,0 or

or whatever format you want. I hope that at least 100 persons respond to this thread . The more the better as we will get better results. In the next 2 days I'll tally up the numbers and we'll find the actual number of partakers!!!

Need your thoughts on the partaker numbers

many time this forum has solved many mysteries because we can put our collective brains together and form a so called super computer.. as you know i have been hashing the partaker numbers for over 1 year.

hashing and rehashing, trying to make sense of it all.

i feel the partaker numbers are grossly underreported especially since 1980. yet there are tell tale signs of the the published numbers as being authentic- a paradox .. let me refer to the partaker numbers as the "curve".. this curve shows a marked increase in partakers just after 1969 with a peak at 1975 showing the naturally expected response to the end of world prediction for 1975. so this part of the curve from 1969 to 1975 and even as late as 1977 looks very legit.

The GB MUST know the annointed deaths per year! That is the vital piece of info that we need . The GB gets the following info:

1. Annual partakers as per pink slips
2. Annual partaker deaths

From this the GB can derive the annual replacements (now called the additions) so they know exactly what's going on!!!. Lets say the replacements get excessive around 1980. Do you think the GB would want to limit the annual replacements???????? If they did the curve would go flat lined wouldn't it???

we had an interesting local needs.. first it clearly stated if you are not making all the meetings you will not make it in to the new system period no exceptions.

they twisted the story of the red sea to make an example.

saying you can not disobey once, or else you be left stuck in the bottom of the red sea.. from now on the elders will be making shepherding calls on those that are not attending regularly.. also, it was stated that if you know of any not attending regularly.
