i went to my 1st apointment with my surgeon today.
my scheduled apointment was at 10:30am.
my primary care doctor made the apointment over a week ago.
I've had doctors like that. It is not businesslike. I don't mind waiting if there's an emergency, but it shouldn't be routine to wait for hours when you have gone to the trouble to arrive on time.
Fortunately, the office I go to now keeps things moving. I've seldom had to wait more than a few minutes, occasionally as much as a half hour if there is an emergency.

Trader Joe's has a Pound Plus bar of 70% chocolate, very good and lasts a long long time. They also seem to always have new varieties of chocolate, so when I go I like to buy two or three different kinds and try them out. They had dark chocolate with sea salt recently, that was very good.
I have to admit Dove dark chocolates are good too.

I like dark chocolate, most of the varieties you can find at Trader Joe's. Hershey's dark chocolate is too sweet. Yummmm.

Went out on a whale-watching trip from Monterey once, we got out into a bunch of maybe 100 orcas. My goodness, it was a wonderful sight. One of the things I'm glad about is that my little mother was on the trip and got to see them. We sailed along with them for about three hours. They were feeding of course, and ignored us.
