  when they so cleverly predicted to us all that the world would turn against them, something that has not happened despite over a 100 years of taunting power and opposing religious figures, now it is likely to begin, they failed to mention that it would be due to rampant paedophilia in 'gods earthly organisation'.what a wholesome enviroment to grow up in and raise a child.. we have heard it said many times here that the jw's won't last as they are so entrenched in trends, so opposite to modern human progress, culture and society, they stand out as more extremist and inhumane by the year, mocked regularly in the media now.

  The human brain is hardwired to look for familiar patterns, so it's very common to "spot" certain things in images we see. For example clouds in the shape of bicycles, some bearded hippie's face on a windshield or piece of toast (http://www.newsnet5.com/news/local-news/oh-cuyahoga/northeast-ohio-man-claims-bird-droppings-show-image-of-christ), or some dude stroking his Tweety while singing praises to big J.

  I don't think it's released yet. But between my ADD and anti-borg sentiment, I'm not bothered watching it either. If they have a 3 minute segment on proposed Saturday Evening kingdumb song karaoke get-togethers and porneia resistance exercise class I'll watch . . . maybe.

  It is not clear to me that the people are not witnesses. How do you come to that conclusion based upon the image?
  OrphanCrow, the first tell-tale sign that these people aren't dubs is that no one is smiling - they're actually looking distressed! Big J's destruction at Armageddon is supposed to be a happy occasion. Secondly, there's no flat, paved walkway away from the destruction as we are used to see. Lastly, two dudes are looking back at the destruction - no dub will EVER do that in fear of Big J maybe mistaking them for Lot's wife and turning them into salt.

  when i understood, jws are wrong in some vital areas [eg.

  woman being viewed secondary, refusal to greet those differing with them ....], but right in other vital areas [such as their teaching that human rule is doomed, and will be replaced by gods rule], i began a diligent search for the right organization.

  my search ended with brahmakumaris.

  i've been thinking and here's what i've come up with.

  correct me if i'm wrong, but in the bible does it not state that the word would have to be preached throughout the entire inhabited earth for a witness to all people and then the end would come?.

  with the world being as vast as it is today, it would be practically impossible for the witnesses to speak to everyone in the world.

  Amelia, there's a ratio of about 920 people for every publisher out there if my math serves me correct. Currently 8 Million baptized dubs and 7 300 Million people on earth. It's been the ratio for about as long as I can remember. Growing up in the 70's and early 80's, I would always tell myself to be careful not getting caught doing wrong things: "For every 1000 people you see, one is a witness." It didn't help - I alwaysgot caught.
