i was officially installed as a member of kiwanis international last evening.
one other member and i had been attending since spring as members but never had the ceremony.
they finally got around to it this week.

I used to hear this b.s. at the pentecostal church my parents took me to a couple years before I became a witness. I figured it was someone in the church (preacher or some suck up to the preacher) sending the money anonymously. The subject of the sermon was giving the tithe first to God, no matter how poor you were, and God would take care of you financially. Then they gave an example of someone in the church who applied that and got an anonymous envelope of cash in their mail box...just in time to pay an important bill.
I see this con-artist tactic is being used in the witness world, too.
i don't know how you will feel about miss south carolina if you view her answer, but i would move for throwing down the irrelevant leaderships of our respective countries (that means you, deleware), and making s.c. empress of the earth for life.
and maybe a few years after death.
surely even as ashes in a jar, she will be as a light of intelligence, clarity, justice, fluidity of speech, and above all, hotness.
Did that guy actually criticize her during the pageant or was that editted in by another party as an attempt at humor?
If it was for real, she sure handled it well. Also, he should be fired for lack of good taste.

I don't do it anymore except for any meals I share with my wife. She asks me as a favor to her to do it. She likes it when I pray, feels comforted or something. She knows I don't really believe in it anymore. Weird, huh?

Yummy...havent had that stuff in a long time. Can't seem to find it at the local Kroger, so I will go to a more specialized wine shop.
