JW Kingdom Hall Target of Arson Fire

boise - fire crews are investigating an arson fire that destroyed a boise church overnight.

that fire happened at the jehovahs witness church just off of roosevelt and st. andrews just after 2 a.m. .

when crews arrived on scene, they found the building engulfed in flames, and say someone set the fire intentionally.

Here's hoping that all Kingdumb Hells will be converted into day care centers or other useful places

Where i used to live one of the halls was converted to a day care centre in a VERY prime location.

Its sad that they are sitting there 90% of the time but they don't like to share.Conflict of interest

How Did you Feel Being Raised as a Jehovah's Witness?

quite a thought, huh?

i was raised from birth as my family was in it 7 years before i was born ( 1952).

i remember wanting to go out for school sports in high school as my p.e.

There are two sides one i was glad that i was a JW and two that i hated it.

Firstly i was glad that i was born into the JW only for the fact that i had a conscience of good and bad and that knowing that at the age of 13 -14 i wasn't like most girls at school who were having sex and doing drugs. I lived in a pretty normal house with no bashing and that there was a roof over our head clean clothes and food on the table.

It was a sheltered life and i didn't know what many things were until i got to high school and learnt it from others.

I hated it was that you were kept seperate from the other kids you couldn't have friends well you could but they had to stay at school you couldn't have friends over or do anything on the weekends. But in saying my parents finally let me do stuff when i was about 15/16 and let me go out to the movies with friends on the w/e and also let me go to my year 10 formal and school dance.

Not being able to have after school activites was hard too and suprise i am not very sporty as an adult.

I hated going witnessing on saturdays where i would see the kids from school. Being told that you had to stay out of the ANZAC assembly and keep your mouth shut when singing the anthem. It was hard when it came to xmas time when your friends gave you cards and that you could not give them one in return.

Teachers did respect you and i guess they expected more from you as well to be a model student and not to play up in class. I remember in my science class that the teacher asked if there was any JW in the class me and another student put our hands up and he said that the next subject will be evolution and that we still had to participate knowing what we know. But he was cool about it and i enjoyed learning about evolution.

i was so angry i only slept for 45 minutes last night and worked for 14 hours.

I did the i don't care anymore thing.

Just stopped going to meetings then moved out of the area.

Wnet back for a few years.

Then the elders came knocking.

DF a week later.

Time again.

Not got Baptised to prove i was a worthy person.

Would have just left.

I need help destroying witness bastards!

ok, so everytime i'm around my crazy as hell witness family, they always say that all the false predictions and stuff is in the ancient witness past... we all know better... anyone that can provide me current dumba** things that the witnesses have changed in the last say 15 years gets to have wild sex with me as a reward.

ok, maybe that's not much of a reward but will you please help me destroy the idiots anyway?

A time for war at the family reunion-this apostate don't take crap!

i just finished another of my famous letters i send to many of my family members... i've been told that i shouldn't come to the family reunion becasue i'm an apostate.

in my letter i stated that i in fact am going to be there stupid watchtower quotes in hand.

the first family member that shuns me will hear me read off every stupid statement that they've ever made... i said that i'm also bringing my bible and that i want someone in the family to show me in it where it states that i don't have the right to question the dictates of men and by my so doing i should be shunned!.

reading this thread ( www.jehovahs-witness.com/15/138210/1.ashx ) triggered a thought for me.. my oldest brother showed me a magazine he had aquired and then hid it.

i couldn't find it, so i wanted to get one of my own.

i had actually been caught stealing a copy of playboy from a pharmacy.
