My daughter has an assembly part....
by megsmomma inshe just told me last night that she has a part.
it is with her dad.
she will be talking about a music teacher "making fun" of her for not participating in singing holiday songs.

she was invited over to her moms house last night for dinner and her grandparents were suppossed to be there.

What Fictional Characters made a Strong Impression- from books,movies or tv
by Crumpet inas a kid was there a particular fictional character that you really wanted to be ?
or have there been fictional characters in books that you admired or loathed or epitomised a particular quality for you?
one that springs to mind periodically.. i havent read any dickens for years but some of his characters, even if sometimes a little deliberately one dimensional were portrayed in such detail that the character and the quality become embroiled.

I loved Enid Blyton too, the famous five and Mallory Towers, my fav character in that was Alicia.

Nancy Drew was my favourite too. I was also really into Audrey Hepburn films, esp her character in Breakfast At Tiffanys.
