  lonesome winds whisper through the dark valley surrounding the highway that is my soul.

  i carry a lantern burning from the precarious end of a wick that is shortened with every breath i steal from the hollow vast dampness that wafts through my memories like so many lost thoughts.

  somehow i find the courage to continue, for continuing is the only way through the darkness.

  Do you have all the friends you want to have?

  i'm not talking about internet friends, but friends close by in your town.. so, do you have as many friends as you would like to have?.

  when i was young and going to school, i had a few friends, but now i don't have any friends, but on the other hand, i'm a loner and i don't really care.

  i'm not really searching for friends.

  Heightened Threat Levels in Europe

  the english are feeling the pinch in relation to recent terrorist threats and have raised their security level from 'miffed' to 'peeved.

  ' soon, though, security levels may be raised yet again to 'irritated' or even 'a bit cross.

  ' londoners have not been 'a bit cross' since the blitz in 1940 when tea supplies all but ran out.

  as i'm leaving my favorite mexican restrauant saturday evening, i noticed some jw's coming in.

  how did i know, because they were all still wearing their badges, well all except for the youngest, probably 13 or so with longish hair.

  i thought about asking them how was the assembly and did they learn anything that new or if there had been any new releases.

  "Evil Laugh"

  just wondering if anyone else has aquired the "evil" laugh after they stopped being a jw?.

  few months ago with-in my family (the non-witness side) i confided about many of the things i have come to learn from this site and other sources.

  being as some familys do, word got around about my "apostate" thinking.

  Too funny. I have an evil laugh, an evil and an evil smile, esp when it comes to dub business.

  But seriously i've been told my laugh sounds very dirty. I guess it doesn't help that i always laugh the loudest when something dirty is said.
