Does anyone know if there is an online scan of the book " Millennial Dawn Heresy: An Examination " by E. L. Eaton (1911)? Google Books does not have the full text.
Thanks!

could anyone help me with more info on the following group?.
the servants of yah.
probably the strangest of all bible student groups.
Could anyone help me with more info on the following group?
The Servants of Yah
[1925 - ???]
Probably the strangest of all Bible Student groups. Headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, and led by C.H. Zook, they believed that Satan's name was Jehovah, so that Jehovah's Witnesses were really Witnesses of Satan. They are Universalist, who deny armageddon, the flood, water baptism, the ransom, restitution, etc. They had branches in Levittown, New York and Vienna, Austria. They believe that only 144,000 are destined to discover the hidden meaning of the scriptures and enter heaven. The meaning is hidden partly because they believe that our Bible texts were altered. They see the Bible as primarily prophecy, most of which relates to the present century. They believe that everyone who ever lived will live forever on a paradise earth except the 144,000 who live in heaven. This group also dwindled to non-existence.

would anyone be interested helping me in fast-compiling a 'compendium of heresies' regarding the history of the watchtower/jehovahs witnesses?
what i mean is a chronological list of spin-offs, splinter groups etc, including all known bible student movements, as well as newer splinter/reform groups such as the lord's witnesses and e-watchman.. this should become interesting: i name 'the servants of yah' (1925) as an example: a sort of gnostic splinter group in brooklyn identifying jehovah with satan and denying the flood and water baptism, among others... did you ever know that?.
in case of single groups, just post the name of the group, year of the schism and if applicable/known, the year of the end of the group, together with a (web) reference and/or a short summary.. in case of group lists, post a very short description of the list together with a (web) reference.. let's create the compendium together.
Single Group - The Lord's Witnesses (ca. 1990)
Founders: Gordon Ritchie / Tony Moore
Keywords: Brooklyn, Hidden Bible Code, Nuclear Bomb Prophecies, Armageddon in 2008.

P.S. ROFL you've got to see this :D

@Leolaia: Thank you very much for the book reference! I will try to get my hands on it. As a sort of Web 2.0 experiment, I would like to see how far we can come by using this online approach - I'm hoping for a kind of Wikipedia-like effect. Any information from written sources would be appreciated as well. Just include them here.

i have seen incredible numbers of poems on this board since i came here.. the renga challenge, started by littletoe is an outstanding one at present.. there is a topic for humor, and for adult.. i think poetry is so obviously important to many on this board it should have its own topic section.. hb.
I would like to see a seperate poetry section as well.
I have a collection of ex-JW poetry on my hard disk.. maybe we could create a sort of anthology together.
A few years ago, I visited Bethel, and they were just planning to have a new painting on the wall. Of course, it had to be 'approved' of first... Plato's Totalitarian State Art Censure :)
We can do better than that!

i grew up in the wt, did my utmost to research all, saw the light of course - everyone else of my family still in.. i'm 18.. anyone else of around that age who found out by doing research?
i'd like to share some experiences.. regards,.
deus mauzzim.
I've read some of your posts elsewhere to understand your situation better.. I'm so sorry for you that you are just trapped inside.. I know by experience you sometimes totally break up because of this madness.. The wt meeting 2 weeks ago was about the new year's text and the good news that Jehovah is going to slaughter most of humanity pretty soon.. I almost cried seeing everyone I respected (including my mom) plainly state people have had more than enough time to decide.. and then the wt stating people just don't want to serve God. How can these nice people have such utterly brutal and unloving thoughts?
Is there really no way you just can be honest with your dad and you grandfather and save the relationship? It sounds your strategy is kind of a time-bomb.. I know you don't want to break their hearts but please please think about your own mental health as well. You can only bend so much before you break... Do you think you will be kicked out of the house if you were totally honest with them?
