Elders knew a woman got raped- the woman presses charges but case was
by cognac indropped because there wasn't enough evidence.
the elders did there investigation and could probably help the case out a lot because they found the woman to be innocent and the guy guilty... they knew eachother through jws.
he was going to the meetings his whole life, but didn't have any priviledges.. 6-8 months later he became a publisher.

More Damned Snow in the air today!!!
by AK - Jeff inyesterday we were blessed with another 8 inch snowfall.
it was [in defense] among the most beautiful days we have had this winter - the temps around 30 and the sun was out sometimes.
i spent the entire day at home with the grandmunchkins - they spent most of it outside playing in the wintery stuff, as they were off school.

OK, I am really sick of living in a southern state. We haven't had anything remarkable this season. We got under 5 inches in Dec, another 3 inches in Jan, and a layer of ice in Feb. This has been the warmest winter of my life. There may be a northern relocation somewhere in my future.

In this case, for the record, she was already passed out well before she got raped...
She definately wasn't out of control... She was falling asleep at the party... She wasn't crazy...She wasn't out of hand. That was part of the investigation. The elders told her that people at the party said she didn't seem drunk at all whatsoever... She wasn't out of hand at all...
Well, which was it cognac; did she pass out or fall asleep? There is a difference, you know. In my own personal experience, and from what I have seen of my friends, a person is obviously intoxicated beyond rational thinking WELL before being to the point of passing out.
It took about an hour to get where the rape took place. That's how you know it's about an hour...
Were you at this party checking your watch and witnessing the event? Is that how the elders know that he did indeed rape her, because there was a witness?
You are confusing more than one poster here. Your story is all over the place and makes no sense. It's about as hard to follow as the 40+ threads you have started in your 7 weeks of posting of your "awakening" to the WTS.

Dex, I love the pixie hair cut! I could never pull of fsomething like that. It seems the shorter my hair is, the wider my hips look. I definately don't need anything drawing more attention to them.

Ahhh, I see the weeks are already being reserved. I am avi's dish this week and priest's the week of 03-14.
