Exercise Check-In Log

after loubelle's exercise thread, i thought it would be a fun idea to keep a log here and check in with everyone.. i walked 30 minutes yesterday plus after walked to the police station and the witch store about 3 miles away from the y.. food: .

breakfast: 2 pieces of toast: one with pb and the other with honey, coffee.

lunch: hardboiled egg, ham, cheese stick.

7am - 30 mins elliptical, 4 leg and 1 glute weight training machines

Clothes are fitting looser, face is slimming, and co-workers and friends are noticing a difference. I was told that I am "glowing".

Does packing boxes, carrying furniture in and out of a moving truck, and cleaning for 3 days straight count as exercise? That's all I did from Friday-Sunday.

Total weight loss: 10.5 lbs

Wed: 45 min advanced cycling class

I went through a divorce, myself, and it was very difficult. When my mom went through her divorce, after 21 years of marriage, she kept saying that it would have been easier to deal w/ a death than to know that her spouse tossed her aside because he didn't want her anymore. Although, my father left her for another woman and from what you have indicated, that is not the case w/ you. Whatever his reasoning, I know that it still hurts, that you are completely devastated, and your world had been turned upside down. Just know that there are many here who have gone through this very thing and if you ever need to talk, we are here for you.

i am going to have an interview for a chirpractor's assistant's job this morning.

i was raised in a family of chiropractors and this looks like a good fit for me.

please send out the prayers and thoughts from now through the interview at 8:30 am and through out the day in the minds of the interviewers.

I understand the difficulty of searching for a job during our current economy crisis. It is not fun at all. Your Costco gig sounds kind of fun. You will get to meet a lot of people and they will LOVE you! You will be the lady w/ the free food.
