Strange, weird, creepy...you name it, I've been called them and worse, mostly by people who have only known me for a few weeks. My real friends, who have been in my life for many years, embrace my strangeness and find it enduring. Screw everyone else!

I took an Accounting course in high school and got a job as a receptionist a few weeks after graduation. From there I moved onto the Accounting Depts of a few different companies. I learned all I know through work experience and now make more than $60K/year. I am currently employed at a company that is sending me back to school to get my BS in Accounting.
If anything, MY DECISION to not got to college as a JW saved me about $40K or more in tuition fees.

I love snow. In fact, I love all types of weather...wind, rain, snow, heat, cold...I love it all. I actually enjoyed scraping the ice and snow off of my car last week. My roommates said I was crazy. I think it's crazy not to love your surroundings, no matter what they may be.
F2T, save some of that snow for me. We can have a snowball fight and then make s'mores in the living room w/ some candles.

Has anyone been affected by the poor economy?
by heyfea inevery weekend we used to spend a few hundred dollars going out to lunch.
but since less than a year, we no longer go out.
my husband business has been very slow, and on top of that, the management companies he does work for, do not pay him right away.

The bank where I work is quite profitable right now and w/ my tax return I will be able to pay off a credit card that has been looming over my bank account since before my divorce in 2005. Financially, I am actually doing better than I ever have.

Would You Prefer To Live In A Different State Or Country?
by minimus ini live in the northeast and regularly hear people say they want to move far away, like florida where it's warmer.. i hear people complain about the taxes in their state and how they wish they could live elsewhere.. would you leave your area if you could?
