  hey folks,.

  i just read a letter from a friend in brazil where he express his happiness about the translation to portuguese of his book "in search for christian freedom" that is coming.

  i would like to share some thoughts of ray franz about the terrorist attacks in 11/09:.

  Dear father of the lie:

  With respect,

  I disagree that Ray “begged” to stay in. In fact, as the book shows, he could have taken the path of stating that he would not “eat a meal” with is xJW employer. He stood on principle. He chose not to followup on his appeal letter, after considering all the options.

  Also, Brother Franz sets out in his books a good number of JW beliefs that are not Bible based, or could be interpreted a number of ways. Though many of the JW’s beliefs are questionable, there are a good number that has merit as well. His comment about no nations having God’s backing is well in line with Daniel 2:44 ( I question truly if Ray wrote this letter. It is my current viewpoint that it does not seem to be his writing style).

  Brother Franz showed a lot of courage to do what he did, he helped a lot of us to see the whole picture. We paid for this party “with our dearest blood.........”

  CNN mentions Jehovah's Witnesses Today

  i have been watching the news on cnn and happened to notice the news flashing across the bottom mentioning the state of ohio banning door to door work and jehovah's witnesses!

  has anyone seen this?

  Well, I believe the Jws will prevail on this one. A US supreme court case already decided this back in the 30's. Also, the precedent of religious persons not required to obtain a permit to promote their religion in public is well founded in our history.

  i want to thank so many of you for giving me the ammunition i needed to initiate actions that i hope will save at least one of my two children from the cult of the wtbts.

  i have been able to undertake some positive actions in no small measure because of all you people here.

  some of you may recall from earlier posts that two of my boys friends were dis-fellowed and that i went ballistic when my kids told me they were not allowed to talk to their best friends because the society says we cant.

  as of 6:02 pm last night i received a facsimile from paul hoeffel at the un on the wts.. he gave me 3 of the 4 things i requested in two paragraphs.. i have sent a scanned version to steve bates and someone else.. i sent it to kent and randy.

  and kent and randy have posted the official united nations letter on their web sites.. here is the letter - put your cursor on the image and then right click on your mouse and hit "save image" to your computer.. .

  everyone that has a problem with the wts and its members.. (romans 5:3-5) and not only that, but let us exult while in tribulations, since we know that tribulation produces endurance; 4 endurance, in turn, an approved condition; the approved condition, in turn, hope, 5 and the hope does not lead to disappointment; because the love of god has been poured out into our hearts through the holy spirit, which was given us..   anyone that follows such a person is condemned.. anyone who change gods' word is condemned.. condemned by whom?

  the almighty god jehovah.. get a life, and get over it, "all those that condemn"!!!!!!!!!!

  Ray Franz's book , just a pack of lies?

  my wife is very sceptical of ray franz's book coc.. what i want to know is this , has the society ever shown that the events described in that book are false and the letters or statments quoted are false?

  i feel their silence on the matter speaks for itself.. has the society ever sued any so called apostate writer for lies in their books?.

  i personaly dont agree with all the critacism about jehovahs witnesses and understand that ray's slant on matters may not always be unbiased (who ever is?

  Your wife needs to read his second book, In search of Christian freedom. This was what really opened my eyes to the doctrines side of the Jws.

  Also, Brother Franz backs up is views with memos, names and dates. His 607 BC research is very convincing. And lastly, I knew Brother Trask who he mentions in his book and have met others in the book, can attest that what his memos show is what happened.
