  I just received a message from Mr. Flipper's wife on Facebook, and they're fine. The earthquake was quite a distance from them. They say hello to everyone. Apparently there's some difficulty in him posting here...uncertain of the details. But anyway, they're fine and appreciate being asked about.

  has anyone heard from totalladd lately?

  he used to post quite often, and i enjoyed his posts.

  i hope he and his wife are ok. they lived in northwest pennsylvania near jamestown from what i remember..

  CrazyBlondB died a few years ago from liver failure. Edited to add Simon Deverson died from Covid-19 last year, and Karen Kit Bianchi is gone too. I can't remember their user names on JWN.

  Going to see my abusive jw mother tomorrow

  my me mother and i do not see eye to eye to say the least.

  my childhood was fraught with her abusive behavior.

  alas.she is old now and though i have not spoken to her in a year she called the other day and wanted to see me.

  some people i know have not gone out of their houses in weeks.

  some will walk near their homes and run right back in.

  meanwhile, i go food shopping and i see tons of people, many with masks and gloves on..

  I'm disabled and housebound. I haven't been out since my last doctor's appointment on December 27th. I am also high risk for death upon infection. My husband is the one who does the shopping, and for weeks I've insisted that he carries bleached antiseptic wipes to wipe down everything before he touches them while going in and out of the store, back into the van, and coming back into our house. He started also wearing rubber gloves about a week ago, and wore a bandana over his face for the first time yesterday. He has industrial masks that protect against mist but wants to wait until things get worse. We live in a rural area and have a relatively low number of confirmed cases.

  Spare a thought for the nuisance callers

  up till now i have generally received (on average) one or two nuisance calls a day –sometimes more, sometimes none.

  although retired, i was out of the house about 20% of the time, but now that i’m home 100% of the time, i haven’t received a single nuisance call since the lockdown.

  is this just me, or is covid19 having a sever impact of their incomes?

  I have noticed the same thing, and so has my dad. But we were getting about four to six calls a day, sometimes more.

  no one can gather in big groups.. if you get this virus do you think you will get very very sick and possibly die?
