  Yes, one comment so far about how they should be proud of the brainwashing they did to their 2 yr old.

  I'm sure there will be more.

  I added my 2 cents: So many young people are being df'd nowadays. I wonder if the parents of this poor little girl will look back on this video with pleasure or grief when she's old enough to discover that she was born into a cult. This video, along with the WTB&TS cult is horrifying! I also wonder if the parents of this child know that people have been df'd for speaking out against the cover ups of pedophilia within the jw organization. See silentlambsdotorg and watchtowerdocumentsdotcom. Sick, twisted and sad!

  I hope many others comment on this video as well. Maybe it will get the parents to thinking.

  Thanks for the responses. I was up til 2 am working on deadline, so I'm a little tired today--wasn't sure if I was over-reacting, but I got a sick feeling in my stomach and developed an instant headache as I watched this video, and I was shaking. Haven't checked yet, but has anyone commented on YouTube?

  someone told me that i look like the girl in the picture on that page but i don't know if they're just trying to trick me because they know i don't receive the mags anymore.

  But funny thing , I thought your post said page 22 at first and when I turned to it ...it was pictures of Gorilla's...... that would have been just mean !

  Why don't you freak him out by acting like you think he said page 22 instead of page 12 and then act very offended that he would say that a picture of a gorilla looks like you? That way, he'll think you're reading the magazines while puting him off at the same time.

  My Marriage just ended I feel so sick and stressed please help me. Serious.

  my wife and i split from the witnesses about 2 years now....and now she says we need a divorce asap!

  she doesn't want to work thru it.

  lately and for awhile she has been amazingly aggressive to me.....and pretty much everyone else she knows.

  I'm not trying to give you false hope, but as long as your wife is suffering back pain and/or on pain medication, I wouldn't take anything she says seriously. If she will, consult together with her doctor and also a marriage counselor. I have a very serious back injury with partial paralysis in one leg. I am in constant pain, but I've had this condition for a very long time. When it first got bad I actually had to make a decision on whether to keep living. And all pain medication makes me very NASTY. That's why I don't take it. Your wife very well could have the same sensitivity to narcotics that I do. Seriously, I act like a belligerent drunk on those pills.

  If/when you ascertain that she is in her right mind and serious about the divorce, get a therapist. You will work through this, just as many others have. Keep thinking that things won't always be bad and that they will get better. Sometimes when things are tough, just focusing on breathing is enough. Take care and keep posting.

  Welcome to JWD. I can't imagine your wife being any more embarrassed about a divorce than she is about you inactive status. Hope you are happy and well. Any chance of really causing an explosion and getting your wife out as well?

  i left my chauvanistic po elder husband 2 1/2 years ago (after 20 years of marriage - ten of those spent pioneering as a couple).

  i took my two beautiful teenage daughters with me - he did not seem to care too much that we were gone.

  his main concern was the humiliation and aggravation of having to step down as an elder.

  It just goes to show that no good deed goes unpunished. From what I've personally experienced and heard from others, the elders can d'f at will. Your letter told them that your husband was free to remarry, and since the new man is the love of your life, I assume you didn't offer any repentance. Believe me, people have been df'd for a lot less. Hopefully your life will be much happier now that you don't belong to a cult. Welcome JWD.
