More Evidence that Jehovah Is a Tyrant
by WTWizard ini have observed that jehovah god is far from the loving father he portrays himself to be.
stifling my sex drive, and then exploiting it by using it to get me into a cult, hardly qualifies god as being loving.
and neither does continuing to stifle the sex drive after i am trying to leave the cult and quite likely using the hounders to reclaim me as their slave.. i found another web site that any theist should urgently look up before looking into any religion, whether jehovah's witnesses or any other "christian" or islam religion.

God Yahweh according to the witnesses who knew Him is Almighty God and He created the endless universe and controls each and everz particle of it and knows everything. You could not lift a hand without God moving all particles in your hand !
Well I guess this explains why god can't help those really in need. Sheesh! He's busy moving hands all day

Can someone overcome this rejection? Some can and some can't. Thereapy is wonderful
How are you dealing with it? Most days I don't think about it. Whem my mom decides to be a pain in my butt and preach to me or rather threaten me with the Big A I either ignore her which she really hates, or I change the subject. If that doesn't work I simply don't deal with her/it.
Do you think that you have missed what a normal family life is supposed to consist of?
Yes, but I changed that for my children

If you have been DF'd/DA'd for any period or time do you harbor hate/resentment still?
I'm not df'd or da'd but from time to time my family treats me as though I am. Resent it sometimes but I pretty much am over it. It was really bad until I decided not to let them make me miserable
I am afraid that I will never be able to forgive them for raising me as a JW...then rejecting me because I could not continue with their teachings.

I don't feel that there ever was a "choice" for me to make. It was made for me before I was born.
Exactly, but you can't go back and change anything. You only have control over your future. With them or not you have the power to change your life. Don't allow anyone or anything to take that from you.

In Mary's case, seeing as she so readily agreed to bear the Savior, I believe God intervened and canceled out the painful effects of giving birth.
Uhm I wasn't aware that she had a choice Did he ask permission to use her body prior to er, you know do'n the do?

Eve's creation and how soon the 6th Creative Day ends is speculative, though the circumstances suggest that the 6th Creative Day ended almost immediately after Eve was created, since Eve was quite naieve at the time of Satan's temptation. I guess she hadn't figured out the animals don't talk yet, and the Bible says she was "thoroughly deceived."
