  Whats Wrong With the JW doctrines

  i just unfortunately came back from the jw convention and ive only heard their side of the story i know that they use mind control tactics but i need to know what is wrong with there doctrines biblically.

  i took a king james bible and seemed like what the were saying about the bible was true.

  im never going to try going back to that religion again but i need to know that the only thing wrong with their religion isnt the mind control tactics they use.

  Let's put it this way; if they have the guts to add a version of the 'Divine Name' over 200 times in the NT portion of the NWT, what would prevent them from a little 'scripture twisting' to make sure that those who read that translation don't believe in the Trinity? That was the exact same reasoning i used to determine that i should try with the KJV bible and it still seems like when u compare the two they say the same thing but im atheist so its not liek i believe in there or any other religion anywhere

  Why don't Witnesses indentify themselves at the door when in service?

  my 17 year old daughter told me 2 men were at the door saturday looking for adults that lived in the house.my wife and i were out of town for 2 days.they had suits on and carrying book bags.

  they asked if she was over 18. she replied that she wasn't.

  they left without indentifiying themselves.

  the best thing about this though is that at the convention this year those in the ministry were instructed to say im here to offer u the watchtower: proclaiming the news of jehovahs kingdom so if people really are so on edge about JW's they will automatically destroy themselves at the door

  What is the supposed biblical basis for the non-acceptance of blood

  AS A 16 YEAR OLD am i able to choose to have a blood transfusion

  i mean do they know anything about how to live and what to do when you have problems.

  i was wondering because i want to know if i can follow any of the info in questions young people ask book or are they wrong and every aspect and should i just never read it again.
