my darlings, i just wanted to thank y'all because you have all been such sweethearts to me.

my dad's 'annual newsletter' has made me reflect on my 'lost' family a little, we were a big family, and a close one.

so i am proud to announce i have found a close, loving, accepting new family.

LOL! You skank! Now you wanna flirtz.... *stares into your loverly eyes* You are cute so I'd sooo make out with you and have your baby. We just have to be fast 'cause BFD might come early and he'll be mad.

But obviously, that's a picture of people being lined up for indecency... this is probably a picture taken by the local authorities.... You cannot fool me- leave those public bathroom stalls alone young man; that's where politicians get their business done and they cannot be interrupted by your shananigans.

I'll say it; men are more visual and women aren't as so. So when a woman is saying looks aren't as important she probably isn't lying to you. And when a man says looks are important, he probably isn't lying to you either.

BROAD GENERALIZATION; I know, here come the PC police! Lock me up, I've been bad!

I'll say this; the thing that sets me off about a man are V-tapered backs and a strong set of shoulders. A nice firm high round butt comes next, but its the back that sells me.

Other than that, facial hair also sells me; don't shave that 5o'clock shadow.... leave it...for me. :)

But on personality level; I like someone opposite of me- I'm flighty, I talk a lot, am indecisive, and emotionally all over the place from anger to humorous to anger to horny to sad to happy and back to angry with a touch of horny. So a guy who is stoic, quiet and grounded really attracts me. Somebody who will say "Shut the eff up!" at me and won't get mad when I punch him in the arm and run away laughing.

*sighs* Yeah, thats what attracts me.

Jesus, black or white????

why the hell does it matter, and why do people make an issue out of it?

Hmm, I remember seeing my grandfather's bible one time and it having pictures of Adam and Eve as being black; and then seeing Jesus with dreadlocks. It was different from the WT versions as Adam and Eve being blue-eyed white folks and found it actually quite nice. I think people like to personalize figures like that to make them more "believable" to them, and/or to make them more of their own, a piece of themselves. I can tell you that seeing a black Jesus does more for me as a black person (living in America with its history, issues concerning race, class, and politics, ) than does seeing a white one. And why do people always wonder about if Paul or Jesus were 'gay' when thats a word and label totally constructed in our moment in time and space that could hardly fit theirs?

Say what you want- "That's racists- yadda yaddya ya" but it just does help a person relate more to someone that is like them- its human nature. Hell, I've past a Korean church and have seen Asiatic Jesus. *shrugs* It's human to take figures and somehow make them more like you.

All things aside, what Jesus supposedly taught should be more important than that; the black/white issue of Jesus is just our political/social issues with race coloring (no pun intended) biblical figures.

did you report others that you either suspected of doing something wrong or knew of that had committed some "wrongdoing"?.

the elders regularly tried to lay a "guilt trip" on members by telling them they could personally "hinder god's holy spirit" if they didn't come forward to the elders and either fink on themselves or someone else.. did you buy into this crap??

LOL, joking aside I could never do that. It is none of my business and I always felt that the 'wordly' churches had it right that it should be left to God. On some levels I did believe that all churches have the right to uphold rules, but always to a certain extent as to what the individual is willing to allow... if I wanna be a lying cheating SOB who sits in a kindom hall and live as a hypocrit, then that is my perogetive and if you find out then by all means you should do what you feel you have to do. Tell, then tell. Act like its none of your business, then keep shut and move on.

I never liked the idea of a Nanny state. You are a grown up; you the senses that the awesome and great Jehovah gave you... although that would be you 'directing your steps' and you're not allowed to even do that. Strange...
