  i would like to pose some questions that may challenge your thoughts, if i may.... .

  former elders, while i may commend you all for seeing the real truth on about the so called "truth" and thus leaving the borg for what it really & truly is, a lie.

  former elders, have you ever thought about or attempted to contact anyone that have been disfellowshipped by your involvement in the j.c.?

  The past is past. I apologize personally to you for my errors. I tried to follow my conscience as an elder and that's why I ended up here, with you. I was a fourth generation JW. I was brainwashed from the womb and still a kid when I was appointed as an elder. I did the best I could and I'm doing the best I can now to make amends. I say this not as an excuse but rather in the way of explanation. If it benefits you to hate me still, I'll understand.

  'Sup Abandoned,Pist,Numinous,LisaB,Unconfused,and Restrangled. I hear Al's running for office. For what I'm not sure. I seem to remember for the Senate, state or U.S. I don't know. This gives me great insight into your sense of humour. I hope you've all read all his books.

  As far as I know, you'll not be granted permission to use the library. That is a privilege reserved for members of the shrinking Bethel family. Keep in mind that there are several libraries as well.

  THE END OF FAITH by Sam Harris is the best! Everyone should read it. I'm going to get Dawkins' book soon.

  Re: The End of Faith- Don't forget to read the supplemental notes in the back. Many gems to be had. Especially his notes for page 217. Reminded me of how the society tries to squeeze some of the most absurd meanings from Scripture.

  P.S.- If you're single and hetero, it seems that drop-dead gorgeous apostate girls abound here.

  I hope that doesn't sound sexist, it's just an honest observation. You see, I used to think all apostates looked like Mr.Coffee. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, let me know.
