I love the way Blondie covers the study articles. I was researching a cross reference and
thought that others should read the WTS's own printed thoughts- to encourage people
to question what they are told and learn.
. Nicely done, my friend.

let's suppose you have documentary evidence that every miracle recorded in the bible actually.
occurred as written.
would this be enough to prove that the bible can be relied on?
That would mean that Jesus must have been the hybrid offspring of a human female(Mary) and an extraterrestrial male being. How erotic!
Everything's sex with you, aint it Buddy.
is this really true?.
http://www.jw-media.org/beliefs/membership.htm.
organizationfollowing the model of first-century christianity, jehovah's witnesses have no clergy-laity division.
No clergy? Just try to correct an elder, better yet a CO or DO, in public. Ask an elder or a CO to clean a toilet, ( I did and so do some rare others) most would look at you like you're crazy. I remember very politely questioning some instructions from a CO after he criticized the way I conducted the TMS(in an elders meeting). When I pointed out that I was simply following the most recent instructions in the KM, reading them politely to all, he informed me that what the KM said was nice and all but he wanted his way. He was not so polite. No clergy, my ass!
I, like many others here could go on for hours with these true-life experiences.

Nice, OTWO. How very Blondiesque.
... having a big sink tub in the basement to wash the dog .
... an under the cabinet radio in the kitchen to easily turn on .
... having a mudroom .
Great music always makes life better
Also: Hot sauce makes anything taste better. It's inexpensive and it's good for you. Brought to you by the National Hot Sauce Ad Council.
usually, adults who attend meetings regularly and aren't baptized yet are encouraged to do so.
usually after 1 or 2 years a person who attends meetings regularly will get baptized.. i wonder what would happen if a person would go to meetings for years and not want to get baptized.
would the elders finally brand them as evil or start shunning them somehow?.
Actually, the CO isn't 30 yet and the DO is just barely 40. The younger generation is getting meaner and meaner. Blondiethe CO & DO said that these people are really "corpses" and the JWs married to them are kissing corpses.Yes, some of those old brothers have such a pleasant way of expressing themselves.
You've got to be kidding me, Blondie. Thanks for playing some role in my exit, you Jezebel.
To Blondie my favorite WT conductress of all time.
just been reading former long-time brooklyn bethelite tom cabeen's very encouraging article entitled "where is the body of christ?".
(can be found at http://divinetruth.homestead.com/bodyofchrist.pdf) .
in his article, tom says: "when john received the revelation around the end of the first century, there were hundreds of thousands of christians, even by conservative estimates.
Great points, M.J.
Don't forget the point that these were the original, inspired apostles doing the convertin'. Compare the 70 years following the great commission of the Apostles from 33 CE to 100 CE, with the 70 years following the "great commission" of the WTS, from 1919 to 1989.
The JWs realized somewhere around 5 million conversions in that timespan.
And they mean to tell us that the Apostles realized less than 100K in the same time span?
Just another thing to ask.
Perhaps a little good-natured sarcasm is in order.
No. I think some poorly-produced, six-months-behind-the-media-because-they-regurgitate-the-media magazines that overemploy words like indeed, watchcare, truly, and foment would be much more effective in spreading the Christian message than the men and women who actually knew Christ personally.
LMAO at the absurdity of this inconsequential cult. I can't believe all the juice that we gave to them.
i just got back from a concert near my town.
if there are any of you out there that enjoy a modern approach (youthful...lol) to worship....check this out!.
these guys are canadian and very, very good!
Please take no offense.
I think they're posin'.

Welcome back.
Don't know how but I confused you with done4good(possibly NJ connection) the other day and asked how Florida was. Must think I'm missing a few marbles.
I'm glad you enjoyed your trip.
