What Did You Have For Dinner? Thread

wife and i had steak, baked potatoes and peas.

wife also had before dinner was sald w/ ranch dressing w/ bacon bits.

Tonight I'm grilling chicken drumsticks, turned slowly while squeezing fresh lemon juice over them. Homemade french fries and steamed summer squash.

i cant even think of the lyrics because of another song in my mind.. the guy stutters in the song a little bit.. i remember hearing from a dj on the radio that this guy really did have a stuttering problem, and as a joke he sang the song, the group was surprised when the song was a hit.. however, when i told my friend this story, he said it was all false.. now that i want to do research on the computer about this song.....neither of us can remember it!.

anyone...anyone?.

even if you dont know the name....just a lyric from it.. thanks.

I am Unwanted Angel on facebook.

I'm very good at "not annoying" people there so I understand why people may delete me just because I don't get to talk to everyone very often.

My health? The respitory issues are still there. The doctor, after viewing CT scans and lots of results from other tests, told me I have minor blockages and it's still a good time to quit smoking. I figure if the pain in my left lung is due to minor blockages, then I'm not ready to take it up a notch. I cut back on smoking and I am going to quit.

I made veal marsala with twice cooked baked potato and steamed beets.

i went to bunnings recently while not being altogether sure that course of action .

JW hijacked sisters my wedding

just a few months ago my little jw sister got married at 19. i remember how excited she was when she started planning the wedding.

both she and her partner made it clear that there were lots of none jw's present (myself included) so it was not to be a "theocratic" event.

none of those stupid plays or performances.

They had a fantastic band lined up? IMO I don't think so.

This is how every reception I attended went and it went this way at my wedding. The band leads the whole event, just as the bride and groom lay it out, from the moment the family and the new couple enter the reception facility, til the couple leave. No room for unwanted activities.
