Local to me, the rental fee for a two bedroom apartment is equal to my mortgage payment. Apartment rates continue to rise.
Currently the housing market is poor. There are two homes on my street that have been for sale for two years and vacant. The market will come back someday, maybe better than it was.
We'll have to wait a whole year for the 2010 Yearbook to come out.

all i want to do is get online and have it stay online.
i have had two wireless routers since only may and cant seem to get online and retain connection or any kind of "speed" and i use that term very loosely...and want to know what wireless routers you guys recommend.. comcast came out and said my signal was strong and that they are happily going to charge me for coming out and telling me so since it wasnt a comcast "problem".
I have a Belkin wireless G router connected to my PC. It sold for about forty dollars and I needed to get one reciever and that was forty dollars. We have a laptop (biult in wireless)and another PC with the add on reciever/xmitter using the wireless system.
In the beginning there were a few calls to Belkin technical for help but it's been very good now for several months.
Comcast has a technician available over the phone 24/7 as does Belkin. They can walk you through a repair at no charge.
i'm curious if you are "allowed'' to have "friends" of the opposite sex?
or is that a no-no?.
I have a lady friend I have lunch with on occasion. My wife is just fine with it.
at work our radio is on the blink and all we can get is a local country music station.
i am so sick of hearing "rockin' the beer gut" and "i got gas in my truck and butter on my biscuit... i'm about ready to puke...
There is no radio reception inside my workplace. I have speakers connected to the computer so I connect to a radio station via internet. Just google a radio staion like this....97.5 WOKQ... If they have the station connected to the internet they will show a tab to click. Then I minimise the page and go about my business.

the book study is one of the most useless meetings.
the same books have been studied 3 or 4 times.the meeting takes only an hour but takes up most of your evening.
and, it is one of the least attended meetings.. why haven't they combined the watchtower study with just question and answer and then follow with the book study with just question and answer?
