The identity of the 'celebrated WT scholars' is not for you so you should not trouble yourself with such information. I would suggest that you read the Bible and the publications of the FDS.
scholar JW"
I thought I'd get a response such as this...LOL! I've read your fantasy book called the Bible it's rubbish, just as the words of the FDS... Let me tell you why it's rubbish, because it don't stand up to scrutiny just as your so called "celebrated scholars" don't... and that's why you answered in such an asinine way; you don't have any evidence to support these so called "celebrated scholars"...LOL!
Thank you so much scholar for proving my point... honestly, it begs the question if you're not joking this was so stupid a comment.

Jeremiah and the 70 years. Jewish exile or Babylonian rule?
by digderidoo ini have never until a few days ago been able to reconcile the 70 year prophecy with the 587/6 bce date for jerusalems destruction.
although a post was about this in a previous thread by a@g , i would like to explore this more.. when the 70 years are applied to babylonian rule, rather than the jewish exile everything seems to make sense.. to ellaborate for those who haven't come across it, this is how 587/6 does match the 70 year prophecy.. i hope a@g doesn't mind but i have cut and paste his post:-.
the 587 date does match the bible.... (jeremiah 25:11) 11 and all this land must become a devastated place, an object of astonishment, and these nations will have to serve the king of babylon seventy years.".

One American on International Politics
by milligal init seems the entire world feels that americans are not only ignorant of international events but also void of any sense regarding their own politics.
after reading one spicey thread on the topic of our apparent unwitting density i had a couple things to say.

LD, it's the people who give their power of reason to the organization that's the problem, without them the Org. wouldn't exist.

So Burns, does that mean you'd like to have a parliament too now that you've been corrected? You seemed to be asserting earlier that I was wrong to wish for such things here in the good ole US.
Bottom line, parliaments are better because they have more parties represented... If you're a Republic like the one we live in, there's too much pandering. Our forefathers we're scared of this very thing and we're trying to avoid it (Federalist #10). -

The thread he's talking about was his chicken little thread about his lovely guns being taken llbh, he actually believes theres a threat... I still haven't figured out how he smoked me on that thread yet, but the right wingers have somehow come to that conclusion... but then again, they voted for Bush....need I say more.
Thanks for sharing your view on parliament, maybe Burns can learn a thing or two. Doubtful as it may seem. -

True that Robdar... that's why I want a parliament... these two parties really suck. I find myself voting each time for whomever I think is less of an idiot, or who's pandering the least.

I like Hamlet, used to get drunk in college and quote it.
To grunt and sweat under a weary life. -

There Is No Fourth Amendment!!!
by What-A-Coincidence inhttp://www.infowars.com/?p=3295.
skull and bones member, war criminal and traitor george w. bush recently signed hr 6304 or the fisa amendments act of 2008 into law that effectively makes the fourth amendment null and void.
the new law disregards the protections guaranteed in the fourth amendment and allows the government to spy on people without a warrant so long as the government reasonably believes that they are gathering information on somebody from a foreign country.

I don't find it hard to believe Zeroday, and I agree that all responsible parties should be called out for this nonsense.
I don't know that I'd call Bush a traitor, but he's defiantly not a very sharp person... I don't think he actually knows much about the Constitution hearing him talk about this law. But Congress should be ashamed for giving this Administration a pass and we all should stand up for our rights. -

Zeroday, let's get back to this illegal law... do you not agree that we have the right to be secure in our persons, places and effects?
Just because Obama got this vote wrong is no reason to quote him, he's freaking wrong too, and so is Congress... they are a bunch of wussies that are too afraid of not being re-elected to stand up to this nonsense. So, that said, what what do you think about this unconstitutional piece of legislation?
