You just don't get it, women dress to look nice for a bit of confidence for themselve, not for attention. If a moron can't see past her breasts, he's not worth knowing anyway.

I'm sure when sweetstuff was choosing her avitar, she thought nothing of how it highlights her cleavage. Even the look on her face is saying..."Hey, look what I got..."

Funny, how I'm trying to encourage the ladies(but not in the easiest of ways), to not dress so revealing, and to actually GET a little more respect from people, instead of getting stared at too much...but I'm the one being disrespectful.

OK, here's some respect that I think you want then...."Please ladies, don't mind Nota, you look perfectly glamorous, cute and lady-like just how you are. When you're out and about and all that guys can see is a piece of a$$ walking by, please pay no attention to those idiots. They should appreciate your mind and intelect"

As for the cute guy remark. It's the kind of attention, most women prefer a guy to notice a feature such as their eyes or smile and show some interest in getting to know them, not giving them the 'up and down' look.

And BFD, certainly, women can get appreciated by dressing just a little more covered up. Oh, I forgot, that's part of the power-play they need to survive...dressing down.

For the record, my wife thinks I gawk too much.....but she looks so dang good, I can't help it.

i'm sure this has been asked a million times before but since leaving the witnesses what religion (or lack thereof) have you chosen for yourself?

and what is it about that religion that attracted you?

since leaving the witnesses i think i no longer believe in god, not out of anger, actually i think i like the idea of him more since i don't believe in him anymore.

I attend a Christian church, after 11 years of being afraid to go into one from what we were taught as witnesses, I have found everything they taught us about the churches is wrong, I see more being done in the churches than ever was done while I was a JW. We help the needy, we donate to food banks, we go to Nicuraga and Haiti to help, we help our community when in need, and many other things.
I don't feel guilty if I miss church or feel like I'm a weak member in the congregation, sometimes I need to be elsewhere with my family and that's okay. I love the association with other fellow believers. We have bible studies, and we study from the bible.... wow.... I love that, and we're not buying new books all the time. We let our children, (grandchildren), go to Sunday School, and enjoy learning about the Lord, and make it fun to learn, and celebrate their birthdays and Christmas with them...
I go out of love, not fear or guilt... Amen

Changling...please, my topic doesn't even hint at having an attitude like that.

Brinjen...see this is partly my point. Some of you do it for fashion, not understanding what's coming, and some of you know exactly what you're doing. It's a fashion of letting it all hang out. "I want you to want me, but don't stare at me" That's great.

But funny how if it's a cute guy..the gawking is ok. I love it!

i wanted to know everyones opinion on him losing his show and his comments.. first of all i do think his comments warrant the cancellation of his show, but it should have never got that far.

when you are talking with family it should never leave the house.

it should stay behind closed doors.
