Smaller congregations are better?
by NotaNess ini keep hearing this from the dubs at work.
have heard complaints about being in bigger congregations.
all i can think at those moments is... "do they even realize they are complaining about "jehovah's" arrangements"?

I keep hearing this from the Dubs at work. Have heard complaints about being in bigger congregations. All I can think at those moments is... "do they even realize they are complaining about "Jehovah's" arrangements"? That's what I feel like saying.
Another Dub also said "why can't people see that something big is coming, with all these tornados and floodings and people dying".
I said "this stuff has been happening for centuries". Response - "not like this". Does this guy even pay attention that we're in the information age? Oh, I forgot, he's trained to think everything is a sign. My bad.

From that Oct 15, 2005 article......
"When you are looking for work, do not hesitate to identify yourself as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Employers usually value that.
I'd love to be in the room for that moment of an interview.

Now that your bluff has been called you want to change the definition of your argument. Typical. Riddle me this, why do over 450 species engage in homosexual sex if it isn't 'natural'?
That's good. You can now be proud you aligned yourself being equal to hundreds of other lower species on this earth. You have a human brain....those others don't. We can clearly make the distinction between what's natural and not, especially in the mammal arena. If those species are switchhitting, it's uhh, because they don't have the brains and logic to understand it.
Gays know exactly what they are doing is wrong and not the way it's supposed to be, but they do it anyway, excusing it off on various reasons. Then they get hell bent on trying to force others to accept it, or you're on the $@#& list...or termed a religous hick or something.
Just like most smokers...don't friggin say a thing about it or they'll tear you a new one, or focus in on alcoholics and beer drinkers. You can't say anything about people doing things they shouldn't, without hatred retaliation, like this gay guy is showing on this topic.
All you have to say is you don't agree with gay marriage or in homosexuality and look out cause here comes WW3.
Yout think everyone against homosexuality hates you. That's not realistic. Lighten up.

Homosexuality is never gonna be accepted by the masses til the end of time. Gays are always gonna be looked down upon. As VoidEater says it best...it's just in Nature.
As a gay one you can just ignore it and go about your life being happy. That's what I'd do if I CHOSE to be gay. Keep your fight up in courts and in the media, you'll definitely make advances, however, it also strengthens the views of people who are against homosexuality.
For the people who keep blanketing people who are anti-gay as hillbillies, backwoods people, bible thumpers...enough with that crap. Whatever makes you sleep better at night I guess.

I "witnessed" a hooker taking care of a John on my back patio, when I came home from high school with a friend one day. Crap! She saw us through the patio slider glass behind the curtains when we walked into the living room. She literally said..."Hey, I see you" during the episode. I thought the guy was gonna turn and look our way. My buddy started taking a $10 spot out of his pocket and flashed it through the curtain real quick as I slapped his hand back.
This "customer" got up, walked fast away from the patio to his truck off in a close by parking lot, while she started screaming "Tyrone! Tyrone!"(her pimp no doubt)....cause the guy didn't pay her. Before heading out of the screened patio she looked right at the slider doors, smiled and said "I'll be back!" (stupid friend and his $10).
Can't remember if she ever came back onto the porch though. We might have left by then.

I'm still yet to see one shred of proof that gay marriage is going to negatively impact anyone's life in any way or contribute to the downfall of society.
Maybe you can go throughout the country and find whole families disrupted because they found out a family member was gay. Fathers & mothers completely emotionally destroyed over it.
Well, maybe you're right...what's adding "marriage" gonna do to make it worse huh?

All I want now is for my country, that I love, to not treat me like a second-class citizen and allow me to marry him
That's gonna be a long wait, especially when you're doing something un-natural and outcast-ish. You don't see most gay people expressing their love or togetherness in public, but you see guy & gal couples do it all the time. Why is that? Because they know it's un-natural, un-favorable and un-sightly amongst the majority.
Went to a gay tupper-ware party with my gay aunt, just to see the general character of the people. They did things with the utensils you would not see at a hetero's party(normally). Did route work several years in Pest Control and was approached by multiple male customers in a suggestive way. Never happened with females. What are these gay parades held around the country that are sometimes very "dressed down"? Where's the hetero parades? Why is that rainbow on your vehicle? Do hetero's have a decal or color scheme as a "hook-up" signal? (people will claim it's a pride thing mostly).
Just so we're clear here, I'm not particularly un-welcoming to gay people, they can eat over my house for all I care, I'll treat them the same as others in my travels. I just don't think they are = in the realm of marriage and what I consider normal, with respect to their private lives. Nature(for all you athiests) didn't intend it.
(here comes Nota shakin' up %$@# again)
