Even old people need to be put in their place!

today, at a park restaurant, this old lady saw a young fat lady walking past and started making fun of her with her friends.

the fat young lady saw this and i could see the look of hurt on her face.

i couldn't help myself, i got up went to the old lady and told her she was being hurtful and childish considering her age, and she should grow up!

i was thinking about the whole stance that when "the world" declares "peace and security", then "the end" will come.. we all know the jws just love earthquakers, hurricanes, tsunamis, 9/11s, wars, etc.

But like it's what's been said, they are in morph mode. No relaxing of the rules as I can see, although changes slight and major are really happening to the doctrine.

The new system was always in reach before. It's not anymore. How can the slave keep the troops motivated with only a promise of a dirt nap then, resurrection? The carrot is not as appealing these days. The slave seems to be pushing the end beyond reach. They are backed in a corner and look more like Pharasees everyday.

Oh dear god, LouBelle! I only read your opening post. It reminded me of when I would take my adopted Grama to the market or where ever. She was mostly deaf so when she made her comments about over weight people she was really loud about it. Plus, she also suffered from a bit of demetia so she couldn't understand what she was doing was embarrassing. Sometimes old people say whatever the f*ck they want and the best you can do is grim and bear it.

I could try and put Grama in her place all day long but, I might as well talk to the walls! She had no clue, God rest her soul.

I don't think it will ever crash. I hope I'm wrong. I think the religion will just continue to morph. Kool-Aide light seems to be the direction but, how long can the slave keep up that charade? The end always has to be near to keep the r&f motivated.

At home I have 2 Italian Greyhounds (Gracie & Mimi) and 2 cats (Sam & Simon). My extended family are 2 alpacas (Milo & Sol) and a lamb named Mindy.

I also have a pig but it's not really a pet cause I'm gonna eat it.

okay, i'm closing in on 500 posts, but have almost no 'new topics' to my name.

i don't feel like starting anything profoundly spiritual.

so, i'll share this tip that has worked for my kinfolk.. on both sides of my family, we frequently suffer from nighttime leg craps.

i mean, i know the philosophy behind it; my mom would put a hat on to pray in front on my "unbelieving" dad.

The Kleenex thing is a given. It's just handy for them I remember it well. Sister L made the prettiest littke doily cause she had to conduct the BS. I also remeber it wasn't beneath her to garnish with a kleenex in a pinch.

The first I heard of the whole "mother" business was here. Fucking cult.
