i heard that a notice was sent to all boe this month removing "keep on the watch" as the featured january campaign.. can i get confirmation from anyone?.

ok here's a scholarly review of this week's book study lesson in the revelation climax book.. the wild beast leaping out of the sea on page 189.. about 6 out of 10 of the heads look like they are laughing hysterically.

open mind.

dad, i was at watchtower.org today after talking with wife about trying to understand god and how holy sprit works...which i have been unable to do for a long time.

the first two pages were about the subject below, and included similar questions about why man-caused tragedies occurred.

I guess that the STANDARD JW answer would be that man and his environment are deeply interconnected and that when man "sinned", not only did it cock it for all mankind, but that it let evil into the system and thereby messed with nature too...

...as messed up nature is a result of man using his free will (in the original sin), then God will not intervene.

Before anyone jumps on me, I do not accept this view (my own views are in a real spin at the moment anyway) but I am just trying to work out what a JW would answer.
