Great to know you are home, it always feels better than a hospital even if you still feel sick. Continue to get stonger and keep us posted.

UPDATE ON DANSK
by Physio init's been a long time since i posted here but i often read your messages when ian (dansk) logs on.
as most of you will know, ian will be going back into hospital on monday for an allogeneic stem cell transplant and will be away from the forum for a good few weeks (hopefully he'll be back home within 4-6 weeks).
last time he was in hospital many of you sent messages to his ward and i know they cheered him up immensely.

Did you have to dress up for meeting?
by ericr ini remember having to dress up for every meeting even the ones during the week.
i had to wear a botton down shirt dress pants, a tie, dress shoes, dress socks and a blazer.
this was also required by my parents to dress up when going door to door.

Yes, had to dress up but pantyhose (or tights as most brits call em) was not an issue, just as long as the skirt was the correct length. When I was little I hated wearing skirts, I had ecezma on the back of my knees and all the skirts and dresses used to irritate it.
I remember getting annoyed when I started work at not being able to wear trouser suits to meetings or fieldservice, I often have to work late and if I forgot it was a meeting night I had to go home and put a skirt on. I mean, the suits are tailored for women, just like the jews all wore long robes and it must have just been the cut that differentiated between womenswear and menswear, the cut of a womans suit is different to a mans.
But I never felt brave enough to raise that argument.

Elder is calling friends, JC any day now!
by BurnTheShips inyes, i have been working on "the fade" since before my baby was born in january and trying to keep as low a profile as i can.
will be moving out of the neighborhood soon and i had hoped to disappear.
so anyways, leaving the dubs has not made me lose my faith in god or christ.

They don't have any proof though do they? Unless more than one person saw you leave a local church.
And I agree - don't give into them - they have no authority over you

Maybe got somewhere in the 70's at the weekend in the UK. Started raining again today. sigh. But at least we live a good way from the river that runs through the city where we live and haven't been flooded.

I did it! and it's your fault
by Hortensia ini went to the grocery store today - no that's not your fault.. it's 103 degrees today, not bad.
there were three people sitting in the shade in front of the grocery store.
there was a middle aged woman, an older man in a wheelchair, and a thin man whose frozen smile screams "elder.
