Org Is RACIST! Towards Sisters Of COLOR In Particular--IMO!
by HiddlesWife ini'm sorry--i'm getting this very sensitive vibe that the org (mainly those at the top) don't have any respect--forget about love--for sisters of color.
i'm coming to this conclusion from a couple of videos on jw broadcasting about single sisters.. after watching this video: .

Fifteen years later, I went to the UN in person.
by biblexaminer inof all the things that the watchtower has done wrong, what would you say is the singular most powerful thing that you could point a jw to, to crack their eyes open?
what is the singular thing that can be expressed bluntly and conclusively that might shock a jw to their senses?
if you could only carry one arrow in your quiver on your way to war with watchtower, what would it be?.

Will Jehovah`s Witnesses join with other religions in Compensation Payouts ?
by smiddy injustice mcclellen asked g.jackson about compensation for victims of child abuse , and mcclellan suggested it be by a consortium of groups , presumably religious and secular in nature as a pool to dispense approppiate compensation to all of the victims involved .. g.jackson hesitated and said they would have to look at the details of that proposal , before committing to it.. jehovah`s witnesses consider themselves as the only true religion and ,all others as false religion .. they take pains to separate themselves from from any association with other religions , not even being included in newspaper notices about church services.they want to keep themselves separate and distinct from false religion as they see them.. so how do you think they will handle this suggestion / requirement ?
will they join in aligning themselves with "babylon the great" in compensation .?.
didn`t they align themselves with another religion in the u.s.a. some years ago , that had to do with the w.t.

The federal Government will not be able to force organisations and states to sign up to the redress scheme. The opt-in program will be managed by the Commonwealth but funded by churches charities and state Governments which voluntarily join the scheme.
Some states and territories in Australia refuse to sign up to this scheme ,The northern Territory ,The Australian Capital Territory ,and south Australia ,with Western Australia being undecided as to how they will go.
For those who do not know, we have, in Australia, NSW, Vict, SA ,Tas, WA, NT,and the ACT and Qld.

A CHANGING WORLD-Q: Is the USA a Post-Christian Nation? A: At 45% white Christians are a minority.
by fulltimestudent inthat is a proposition that a video in the atlantic magazine argues.
i think there is a major flaw in the argument, as its possible to imagine that there is a large segment of non-white christians, that may mean that the usa is still a "christian" (whatever that means) nation.
however, for supporters of christianity, the trend is in the wrong direction.. http://www.theatlantic.com/video/index/504065/america-post-christianity/?utm_source=fbb.

I`m not sure what constitutes a christian nation anymore , most people who claim to be christian that I`m aware of never go to church or practice a faith not even for xmas or Easter celebrations.
I`m not quite sure I understand the white christian designation .Are coloured christians of no consequence ?
This question ,the way its put sounds very racist , but I dont believe that was your intent FTS ,can you clarify it ?

Sooner or later ( hopefully sooner ) it will come out that someone is siphoning off money from the organisation for their own personal gain.
Its wouldnt be the first time trusted Elders have used societys money to further their own greed.
As Steph. L. rightly asks why not use the profits of the sales of their real estate to build new ones and leave the Bros & sist.to do the preaching work ? Isnt that what their supposed to be focused on ? the preaching work ?

How can they say Jesus was the original witness ? How about the prophets ? Moses ? Noah etc,?
And doesnt Isa.43:10-12 identify the nation of Israel as being his witnesses ? even though they never took it upon themselves to call themselve such.?

More bad news for the Organisation in Australia
by no-zombie init appears the the commonwealth government is bringing in a national compensation scheme for victims of institutional child sexual abuse with individuals able to claim up to $150,000 each.
it's clear that the australian government will not be able to fund this program without serious money from the offending churches.
so it's bad news for the organization today.. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-11-04/government-announces-redress-for-abuse-victims/7996092.

Quote from the Herald Sun newspaper Nov5 2016
"From early 2018,up to 65000 survivors of institutional child abuse could be eligible for payments and counselling as part of the National scheme, which will run for for the next 10 years "
"The opt- in program will be managed by the Commonwealth but funded by churches, charities, and state governments which voluntarily join the scheme."
" The federal Government will not be able to force organisations and states to sign up to the redress scheme"
The article goes on to point out that the Northen Territory, and the Australian Capital Territory along with South Australia have not/will not sign up to the scheme, and Western Australia`s position remains unclear.
So dont jump the gun my friends , their is still a long way to go.
