  If you have read Stevens blog or twitter you will see that he is in for the long hall.Having met the man I can assure you he is calm and level headed about this project and just happy to keep it going for as long as he can with a good outcome for the children in this religion.

  My only concern is the financial cost this is taking on those concerned,I just hope the Office Dept. of Prosecutions does take over the case so as to lesson this burden,and this is where I agree with you in keeping this in the media`s attention where possibleThe more of us who write letters to the editor in newspapers,write to your local members of parliment,highlighting public awareness is one way to get the press to take notice of this case.

  Hopefully then the Dept.of Prosecutions will take over

  As it is at the moment it is only mainly talked about on boards such as this.We can show our support behind Steven by getting this message out to the wider community.

  HI All

  I was able to attend the court sitting today and while i thought it a bit disappointing ,it is not a loss for Steven,all five cases are still before the courts and this must surely be a thorn in the WTB&TS side.I had the pleasure of meeting Steven and his brother and pass on, he has a lot of support for all the work he`s put into this case.Their may be more to this case than meets the eye,but we shall just have to wait to see what develops in the coming weeks

  jehovahs witnesses, who refuse to take part in the military service or any of its non-military alternatives (siviilipalvelus, see link below) for reasons of conscience, were exempted from the compulsory national service in 1987. well the jw's in sweeden better get used to having to comply with this very soon then.

  Adherants of every religion in the world have faith in GOD

  The thousands of sects in christendom,Islam,Judaism,and every other religion on the planet testifies to this FACT

  They all beleive he has come out in favour with their particular beleif,the facts show he has come out in favour of no one.

  You can delude yourself into beleiving he has ,but alas it is a delusion .

  Disfellowshipping Rescinded!

  has anyone been successful in getting their disfellowshipping rescinded?

  i specifically do not mean getting reinstated.

  i want to know if anyone that was disfellowshipped was able to officially and through the congregation and/or the organization have their status as a "disfellowshipped person" changed without getting "reinstated" through the normal procedures?.

  If I remember correctly during the 60`s the WatchTower magazine had an article acknoweledging that some JW`s were disfellowshipped,because of some over zealous brothers in their judgements,and an appeal was made for them to seek reinstatement.to come back to the flock.

  These are not their actual words ,but that is the gist of the article

  do you believe in miracles?

  i know a lot of strange healings and such occur but why should it happen to one person and not another?

  makes me doubt that real miracles exist... praying for someone..why should one person be prayed for and survive and another one prays and doesn't survive..is god choosey?.
