  Judical committee flaws

  if an elder sitting in a jc has a secret sin of a serious nature, his rulings that took place while this sin was unknown are still binding.

  in a court of law of most countries that would be a grounds for appeal.

  regardless i know they are kangaroo courts ,where anyone who has any biblical knowledge knows they can't back up a scriptural reference for a three man tribunal.

  If an Elder on a JC has an undisclosed sin he`s hiding , the ruling would still be binding because of the scripture " where the 2 or 3 witness rule applies.

  Just my 2 cents worth.

  Major congregational quake in Southern California

  this notice is not official yet and it should be confidential until released thru the proper channels.

  a friend of mine told me about a huge elders meeting in southern california.

  the subject was the relocation and dissolution of some congregations; it seems that this is the result of some project that has been going on for some time and is going to be implemented right now.. please let me know if this is happening all over the country?.

  The “boldness” of the GB

  this topic is related to the one about the relocation of publishers and moving and dissolving congregations.. some of the things that we are seeing now were unthinkable a few years back, examples the closing of the branches, layoff of bethelites and travelling overseers, the grabbing of the congregations funds and many more.

  some of my friends tell me that basically the wt was operating with an early 20th century business model that needed a tune up and that worldly consultants are behind the changes that have been implemented.. nevertheless to put it in hollywood terms, they seem to think that they are on a “mission from god” and that they are “going where no man, has gone before”..

  So when they dedicate a Kingdom Hall to God Jehovah , which is usually funded by contributions from the R&F , worked on by voluntary labour ,with materials that are often gifted for it`s construction , that dedication only remains in force until the time they sell that dedicated hall to Jehovah God , for financiall gain

  The profit of which goes straight to the American Headquarters of the WTB&TS.

  All those who donated time ,money labour,material gifts etc.,,are left with an empty pocket ,and no Kingdom Hall.And are then told to go to another Kingdom Hall further away at their own expense .

  i attended the circus assembly last weekend and i have come to the conclusion i am lacking faith.

  the opening talk on the program, the very first words that came out of the speakers mouth told me so.

  he said most of us here are lacking faith even though we might not know it.

  The R&F need more faith , so the GB / WT corporation can extract more money out of those R&F with faith so the GB members can keep living their lavish lifestyle of being clothed and fed , with expensive watches and pinky rings , and travel the world giving talks in foreign lands and revelling in the adoration of the gullible who finance their lifestyle..

  Who could ask for anything more ?

  i approach elders like a skilled lawyer, more than once i applied this.

  i would ask is it better to reveal a serious sin or is it better to hide.

  of course we know the answer i received.

  i have done this exactly as quoted more than once.

  i ask elder if it's better to hide serious sin or reveal, of course we know the answer.

  then i ask them to explain elders book page 38 paragraph 19, which say it's sometimes ok for elder who has committed immorality and has kept it secret to continue serving as elder.

  Elder Arrest Scaremongering

  last week there was a meeting with all the elders and ministerial servants about responsibility in the kingdom hall and blah blah blah.. one elder brought up a scenario where all the elders were arrested, and we were asked if the meeting would still go on, and how.. this is the second time within a month that i've heard that scenario posed by an elder in my congregation.. does anyone have any idea of the trash being fed to them in letters recently?.

  is this a scenario that hq is putting out there, or are the fear mongering convention videos driving their imaginations wild?.

  My guess would be the doomsday videos they put out are responsible.Over zealous dubs have always ran ahead of jehovah`s slow moving chariot .

  Put the fear of God into the R&F to do more so your congregation gets some kudos from the CO.

  And all the human race including animals have suffered indignatarie of health and death ever since .

  No such punishment was meted out to Satan or his Demons however

  Contradictory Information on the Life of Geoffrey Jackson

  in geoffrey jackson's autobiography published in in the watchtower, he states that him and his wife went to serve as missionaries on the island nation of tulavu in 1979, and there were only 3 baptized witnesses in all of tulavu, and he translated all of the witness literature into the tuvaluan language in 1980, printing it right there on the island.

  the article says they served as missionaries there until 1985 when they were assigned to the samoa branch.. .

  in july, 2008, the watchtower society penned a letter to the un human rights council about the treatment of jws in tuvalu.

  How many countries did the Jehovahs Witnesses identify themselves as a Cultural Organizations and not as a Religion .?

  Two that i know of ,Mexico , and Cuba.
