Great post. I feel the same way, I can't keep up with a lot of them myself. Try this - Read the first thread, then respond to it, then go back and then read the other replies. This way it will tell you if you are right on the mark with topic or with the rest of us, in left field. No matter what or when you say it will still be good reply.

Can't keep up with pace !!
by aligot ripounsous ini take a chance and start my first thread :.
as it has been posted quite a few times lately, there has been a noticeable increase in the posting population on this board (i've added my bit) in the latest few months.
the consequence is that it takes an awfull time to read these posts -all the more so when one is a non native english writer- and one may feel that any posting we would like to do will be diluted in the whole lot, and/or come too late.

Go to college, 5go, don't worry about what people think or say. What you do is your business, not theirs.
Good Luck.

Let the stones cry out!
by WTWizard inhow often have you heard the phrase "if we don't preach, the stones would cry out"?
this is in regard to the ministry.. what i cannot figure out is (1) this is so urgent that we have to be out 18+ hours a day doing it, (2) we have to endure all sorts of conditions to accomplish our ministry, and (3) we are supposed to get it perfect so people can be drawn in.
so, why don't the stones get to help us out?

You said;
Why is Jehovah not lifting a Damn finger to help us accomplish the ministry? Maybe, God didn't want you to do that type of work in the first place. God wanted you to enjoy life, not waste it.

Update! Drew Sagan is no longer a Jehovah's Witness
by drew sagan inas promised here is all of the info regarding what has been going on.
per the last jc with the elders i realized that all i had done was buy time.
they felt that we should be df'ed right on the spot, but because i made a plea to wait for a letter coming back from the wts they decided to hold on taking such action.

Congratulation to the both of you. You will finally feel refresh without the pressure of the cult. You both deserve a break and some relaxation. So, hey ... ... why don't you both join the YMCA. :)

I have been hearing this for a few years now. College is BAD. As soon as the young ones get of age to go to college, they end up leaving the organization for good. They learn the real truth about the organization and what it stands for. Naive to an educated person.

The end is near...get out of her, for the Watchtower is falling. I hope justice comes quick for all those who are guilty of protecting child abusers. I too, hope to see the day when the walls WTBTS comes crumbling down.

What Freedoms Do You Enjoy Now That You're Not A Witness?
by minimus inthe watchtower scoffs at "apostates" because they want their "so-called freedom".
not practicing this religion does give you a lot of freedom and normalcy.
what freedoms do you cherish now?

Doing whatever I like to do on weekends. Catching up on all the forbidden movies, like Harry Potter. Celebrating Birthdays at work and sending a birthday card out to my family, most importantly celebrating by birthday. Denouncing the Cult and enjoying life instead of distrubing neighbors with a false hope.

If the Watchtower ceased to exist right now, what would this mean for you?
by JH inwhat would it change in your life right now if the watchtower fell apart and didn't exist anymore?.
maybe some would want to join another realigion right away, because they still believed a bit of what they preached and didn't want to join a false religion, just as the jw's brand all other religions..... .

Good question JH. This got me thinking. I think a lot JW’s would lose their mind. I think people in general like to belong to a group, like we enjoy this Forum. And, just like us some of us who are DJW, In-active, or have family members who have close relative in the organization would be relieved. We would finally had made our point to members of WTBTS.
