  this is my first post and might be my only post, not sure.

  i've chosen to "come out" for a moment just to talk about the 30 minute change in the public talk on sundays.

  my father and brother are both elders, this change was a blow to them they enjoy giving encouraging public talks to the friends.

  Why all the concern about 15 minutes less at the public talk? Can't imagine how you expect to cope when things get tough if this throws you off so much.

  Why would you ask this question here? Most posters here are not Witnesses so how can you expect them to give a proper answer?

  Ask your brother and father what they think and let us know what they say. 15 minutes less each week sure doesn't sound like a deal breaker to me.

  This news article shows that no government has the answers. All married couples have the right to have as many children as they choose. They lose that right when they have more than they can provide for. Population growth is almost stagnant. The obvious answer is to produce more children. The government has the choice to provide for them or let them starve. Thus we now have the 'working poor' who must exist to provide for these ones.

  Personally, I'd rather be the working poor. I'd have a clear conscience.

  fifi40 ... the reason their previous house burned down was because one of their kids burned it down.

  IP_SEC ... I guess there are worse things to be than a hot little latina :)

  I wasn't around in 1986 so didn't read that. Makes sense though. That being the case why doesn't the intro say this site is for anti - JWs? It is soon obvious but to someone searching the net ... that makes this site deceptive.
