  me again, about something i said to my dad today (i posted about the conversation a bit ago).

  when he was saying his goodbye because out of loyalty he has to treat me like a disfellowshipped one.

  i said, 'well, maybe they'll change that rule.

  But to them, it is not a worldly rule. To them, if it came from New York, it's a God Rule because in their minds FDS = God. It doesn't have to be in the Bible.

  So if the GB/FDS says it is so.....IT IS SO. Simple....don't think about it...just do it.

  i'm new to the forums and just had to say hi, and thank you to all of you who've shared your stories which have let me know finally and for sure that i'm not crazy and nowhere near as abnormal as i've been feeling...well, forever, really, but more so over these last few years!!!

  So are we saying introvert is within the normal range, a positive or a negative?

  Or is it the position of one expected to explain themselves to those declaring themselves not having to?

  I'm not sure about a positive or negative. I'd have to go with Crumpet for today...feel like a freak. Maybe tomorrow will be different. I don't feel a need to explain myself, only to find some affirmation that I am not alone. Alone in my aloneness......more wierdness. RC you aren't posting some famous quote that I will feel dumb about later are you?

  this is so cool, i can post from my ipod touch as long as i have wifi access.

  the picture is the same as on my laptop just smaller, i can get to the board on my cellphone but the picture disjointed and confusing.

  but I prefer to be alone, and it' s how I "recharge my batteries".

  Exactly! That is why I can't get enough of it. I am always drained. I feel like in my life I am playing baseball with a basketball.

  I just got a senior citizen discount

  .. and i don't know whether to scream or eat a banana.. i walked into a barber today to get a haircut.

  the prices were posted outside with a haircut going for $15.95.

  i got a very nice haircut and when i was ready to leave the barber said, "that will be $12.95.
