Blind obedience. We gave you a brain, and now you are not allowed to use more than 1/1,000,000 of 1% of it. And always to the advantage of those at the top--and the detriment of those under. They go against nature, ruining their souls in ways they cannot even imagine at the time. And, what about that one dingbat that insists on everyone in the congregation getting vaccinated and boosted for the wimpiest "disease" on the planet or being taken for "brazen conduct"? Or the one that thinks anyone using good things (perhaps even 10 years old and still in excellent condition) instead of going to walmart and buying junk that costs 1/3 as much (and putting plastic in the ocean in the process) is "throwing away money"?

Voting should be allowed, but of course the jokehovians will think of anyone that gives in and votes under mandatory voting as "spiritually weak" or even as "brazen conduct" to avoid directly disfellowshipping anyone for voting. Every legal citizen should be allowed to cast one vote. I would view it as wrong to rig the election, say so communism and tyranny can rule--to the point where anyone pushing communism in this way is an enemy to the state and deserves the death penalty for high treason. (Especially at the levels that it has been happening in France, Italy, Germany, Canada, and the United Tyranny of Stupidity as of late.
But, making voting mandatory is just as bad. In light of what happened in the above countries where the majority of people voted for freedom only to have their votes thrown out and votes for tyranny fabricated, voting has become a useless exercise. Anyone opposing tyranny is seen as the enemy, and votes for freedom are drowned out or "lost". And this should not be seen as a chance for the washtowel to crack down on voting--itself a form of manipulating the election. Preventing legal citizens from voting prevents them from voting for freedom instead of tyranny.

Do you find Watchtower as Looney as Jim Jones?
by Foolednomore inforbid the universe for the mass suicide of many.
but with the no blood policy, the constant call to be loyal to the org no matter how looney it seems, just very dangerous to any normal thinking person.
or just crazy stupidity?.

It might not be as blatant as such, but the washtowel does spiritually slaughter people. They know the truth and act against it. No one is allowed to do anything fun, and they waste their time pushing the whole scam instead of doing things that are good for them. Life is a drudgery, and there are no genuine holidays. That wastefest they call a memorial is nothing more than a poor imitation of judaism (which I deem no better than the other branches of abrahamic religion).
How does it feel to sit at a Grand Boasting Session, usually in a hot, stuffy arena or stadium with seating meant for sports, not for long lectures. And this is instead of going on vacation--a trip to Six Flags would cost about the same as what they waste going to these Grand Boasting Sessions.
Or to pious-sneer during vacation. Dragging your children out in field circus during their whole school vacation is abusive, preventing them from playing and learning. You lose opportunity to get things done, to enjoy the natural wonders, to go in the woods and camp out or to the theme park. And forget enjoying anything--you see attractive things, you quickly dismiss them and go right back to knocking on doors.
This doesn't just affect the small percentage affected by the no-blood rule (and some of those who are, are affected directly because of religious activities taking them in harm's way). Everyone in the religion is cut off from natural activities. They donate to the worst cause in the world, ballyhoo those working despite being very sick or going through severe persecution (because people don't want this scam around), and constantly shift the blame to the real Gods (like Satan, Beelzebul, Azazel, Astarte, and whoever else they can find that wants us following the laws of nature). All of which invokes direct consequences that are not very pleasant, and puts curses on the soul so they keep attracting bad things for all lifetimes.
And, has anyone else noticed those ugly hebrew letters in some of the scriptures? Index markers, my eye--those are a direct curse, amplifying the curses within the bible. I, personally, do not want those abominations in my place any more than the jokehovians would like it if I were to play Led Zeppelin IV instead of a Kingdumb malady before the boasting session.
At least with the Jones cult, it was a one-off. That was what a snap trap is to a mouse, what the jokehovian witless religion is to a glue trap. And, there is always the threat of being legally and astrally bound to always be a jokehovian witless minister (yup, you are legally ordained as soon as you are baptized as a jokehovian). While they usually disfellowship you for breaking the rules, if they feel you are "low hanging fruit", they also have the option of binding you to following their rules under strict supervision of the hounders (thanks, Scientology). This makes even the glue trap seem humane by comparison--at least the mouse knows it is stuck as soon as it steps in one.

Can you list the positive points of being a JW as against the negative points of being a JW in your experience ?
by smiddy3 ini was a twenty y/old when i converted to the jw religion and was a problem drinker and i was a chain smoker .when i was baptized at a circuit assembly a year later , my conversion and change in lifestyle was given as an example of the effectiveness of incidental witnessing to the audience.. so i can point to the 2 positives becoming a jw .. 1.i gave up smoking.
2.i gave up drinking for a while ,but because i still had association with my wife`s and my family who were not jw`s ,i learnt to control my social drinking when i started again.. and i have been a responsible drinker ever since ,even though i left the religion 29 years ago.. the negative points of being a jw in my 32 years of being one ?
are far too great to list here .. love to hear your thoughts..

I never got any benefits. It is pretty hard to quit smoking if you never bothered to start in the first place, and I didn't start for reasons that had nothing to do with the jokehovians. It is a complete waste of my time and money, and I already knew that others' smoking was not enjoyable. Multiply that by a factor of 5 or more, and that was reason enough to not bother wasting the time starting smoking.
The same reason I know I would hate missionary work. I hated going door to door for 2-3 hours per day, and if that's all I did every day forever, I would hate it that much worse. And I can learn French or Spanish another way if I see fit (I already had French in high school, for all that is worth with all the words they snake-taught) without being tied to the jokehovian witlesses. And joining that religion will not stop them (or joke-hova) from exploiting the situation by sending me to Africa or Latin America on such a mission.

Watchtower Jul 22 - Jesus directed the GB on how to deal with Covid
by Listener in14 jesus provides wise direction in times of crisis.
the benefits of that direction were evident when the covid-19 pandemic broke out.
while many in the world were uncertain about what course to take, jesus made sure that we received clear guidance to keep us safe.

Funny thing, that jesus thing never mentioned a peep about the Amazon "shot" or one of its many variants. Not a peep about taking quercetin to ward off coronavirus. Nor a peep about zinc, which works with quercetin to make a serious infection of coronavirus all but impossible. (Or vitamin D.)
As for the other measures, worldly sources were on that about a month before the washtowel made any mention of it, or did anything about it. During February and March 2020, when it was unknown how serious this "disease" was, they went door to door and held boasting sessions in person. (With no masks, either.) Then, after the governments had already been hounding people to stay apart and stay home if they didn't have to go out, then the washtowel reacts. Seems that jesus is lagging.

Some developements toward microchipping humans

It is soon coming--RFID chips being mandatory to do anything at all. If enough people take them, they will shut off everything else. This happened with the $500 and $1,000 bill when people started using debit cards--once enough people did it, they made it impossible to purchase anything without one. Once enough people had smart phones, they made life impossible for anyone without such a phone (and the expense and privacy issues that come with it). And now, the RFID chip, complete with social credit scores.
And it's all because people put all that energy into that stinking bible. Had the churches continued dying off as they started in the 1950s instead of rebounding, this would have been impossible to get off the ground. But no, we have everyone and their dog going to church and using that bible as their guide. Which puts all that spiritual energy in to implement the RFID chip, along with the social credit scores. And ultimately, global enslavement with no hope of liberation.
As for this church's demise, where is the "Church sucks" movement? Church is a far more dangerous fad than disco ever was, yet people pushed back against disco after only a few years of its being so popular. Why is no one pushing back against this church, which doesn't even provide entertainment value, the way they did against disco? Where are all the Bible blowing-up events (similar to when they blew up the disco records at the baseball game in 1979)? And I am not one to bash fads--hula hoops, rock music, disco music, video games (and the predecessors, bowling, pool, and pinball), malls, and even some of the more offbeat fads (pants halfway down, streaking, and so on) had their place. At least none of these had the effect of enslaving the whole planet.

And what about the styles? I have an assortment of those useless masks in quite a few colors and styles. These range from plain, dull colors (or white) to floral, paisley (from the late 1960s, sure to give the hounders a stroke), space themes, and even a few sun worship masks (again, sure to give them a serious stroke). And that's just those styles not deemed "politically offensive" such as masks with protest slogans or swear words on them.
No, none of those masks need to be dry cleaned. None are in official "dress" styles. Sure, some come in plain dull colors or with simple tweed patterns. But they are just part of the assortment I got by going to Amazon. (I expect mask mandates to come back without warning, at any time.) But no, I will not get any mask made out of wool, or that has a silk inner lining, or that requires dry cleaning (they are too hard to take care of, for a useless mask). I want masks that only require putting them in warm or hot water, putting simple washing soda or Borax in the water, letting it sit a few minutes, and sloshing it around and wringing it out to clean them, not to waste time taking them to the cleaners.
And no, I am not wearing these useless masks where not required. They want me to go back to the jokehovians, I will not wear one at the boasting session--and I don't care if this wimpy "disease" comes back. I am more worried about the ultimate Pandemic (Christi-SCAM-ity) which cannot be throttled with a mask. My masks are waiting for the day when they once again become required to shop or work, and will see no wearing until then.

Covid is making a comeback. Going back to the Kingdom Hall is becoming more of a Hope, (like Armageddon)
by pistolpete inif you have been keeping up with the news, many cities are seeing an uptick in covid cases.
mask mandates are being implemented in many cities.. many pimos are relating that their pimi parents and grandparents are scared to go back and are having a hard time following the elder's exhortation to attend the memorial, because it might be the last.. a lot of pimi's are saying; that it doesn't make logical sense for large groups of people to meet in a crowded building passing and touching emblems and wine glasses while covid is still around and vaccines have not prevented the death of many who still got the virus.
the elders keep reminding the sheeple that "we must obey, even if it doesn't make sense.".

I wonder how long it will be before field circus, door to door, is reinstated. And, along with it, mandatory vaccinations (and being up to date with your boosters) and masks to be worn at all times while in field circus. Then grand boasting sessions, then Israel missions, then longer missions that waste your whole life spreading the far worse pandemic through Africa or Latin America.
And never mind this wimpy disease. I am far more worried about spreading the worst disease through this planet--Christi-SCAM-ity. Let them give the green light to start hounding, and it doesn't stop. First, it's attending in-person boasting sessions (vaccines are mandatory, and masks must be worn at all times during such sessions). Then it is pious-sneering. Next, it is more missionary work--those two week Israel missions, followed by a lifetime in Africa.
Now might be a good time to prepare to learn French. You will need it in Africa.

Back to the Meetings------Back to Covid.
by pistolpete ina lot of pimos are reporting that returning to the meetings is backfiring in that covid is spreading among the members returning.. post;.
so last saturday was my first meeting back in person and well it completely backfired.
last night i got a text from my group overseer saying that someone in the hall tested positive for covid and that we need to get tested(great 🎉).. honestly i kinda expected this.

They ought to keep those abominations closed down forever, and not just because The Wimpiest Disease on the Planet is still around. Coronavirus is quite wimpy, but the worse disease is Christi-SCAM-ity. And the jokehovian strain of that virus is especially dangerous. You get it, your soul will suffer and eventually die.
Not to mention, if those buildings are kept locked down forever, there is no way inactive members can be forced back to boasting sessions. And no more field circus. No more Israel missions. No more having to worry about being set up to do missionary work in third world countries in Africa or Latin America. Those who wish to continue attending boasting sessions can do so online, while those who do not simply can refuse to sign in. Once those abominations are opened back up, we get hounding calls--right back to boasting sessions (and sometimes worse than before this coronavirus), right back to forced field circus, right back to annual Israel missions, right back to being recruited to do Africa or Latin America missions that can waste your whole life, right back to having everything you do censored.
With those abominations reopening, coronavirus is the least of your worries. Better, if you are inactive and you think they will go after you (and remember, Christmas decorations and Ouija boards do no good if they end up in the Dumpster), to get those books on Spanish and/or French. (And German.)

I get exposed to the virus just about every time I have to work, and I get sicker just being at the boasting sessions or out in field circus than I ever would from this wimp of a virus. And a slight sniffles due to breathing cold air (that is the result of humidifying the air, not a sickness) counts as "a symptom". As for my shot, I am sticking with the Amazon "shot". Nothing else.
However, there is a far worse disease than a wimpy virus. This is called Christianity, and it spread simply being in the vicinity of others who are pushing that filthy bible. You can get that disease through Zoom, or even just reading the bible on its own. This puts the ultimate filth on all your chakras, and Trouble eventually happens as a result. And this "trouble" is more than getting two weeks off from work. It is even worse than getting a disease and dying. Your soul is ruined, and serous trouble dogs you in every life moving forward, until the soul dissipates or you end up in heaven (where it is destroyed). As far as I know, there is no vaccine against this, aside from just not attending churches (or boasting sessions) and throwing that abomination of a book (the bible) in the trash after desecrating it.
