HELP ! I would have sworn it was them. What I found was a version of "Come and Get It" by the Beatles, Elton John, Warrant, Judas Priest and Badfinger!
Who did it first? I am sure it was not the Beatles.
i give you a lyric.
you tell me what song and the artist.
then you give a lyric to guess.

Love ya Will
out of curiosity i went back to page one of the forum.
well, actually they were blank until i think page five.
the first posts were mostly made by people still in the organization.
I haven't been here a year yet. Lots of good reading on the old threads. I believe a lot of us are able to be informed quicker, and come to grips with the truth about the cult due to the early posters exposing the lies and hypocrisy. They were the true pioneers that did a lot of our work for us. I will always hold them in high esteem.
Thank you all.
in the early 80s, i loved going to the rocky horror picture show every saturday night at midnight.
once i became a jw in 1999, rhps.
was no longer doing a midnight showing (thanks dvd!
I went this past Halloween as well for the first time in 30 years. We had WAY TOO MUCH FUN!!!
looking back 30 years i now realize that even when i was an elder that something just did not feel.
right about being a jw.
i only had one person to talk to about my doubts, who was a former bethelite.. some of the stories that he told me about the inner workworkings at headquarters really shook my.
Roger that!
I swear I owe my sanity to JWD.
have any of you guys ever tried this coffee or even heard of it?
it sounds interesting i have found some sites that sell it though it is expensive and i have seen sites that explain the benefits of the processing.
i discussed it with a couple of people and they said they wouldn't try it but i might but i wouldn't spend the money for it, lol.
This is my favorite coffee:
Kona coffee from Hawaii, it's the best I've ever had. I usually drink Timmy's.
i've been thinking about organizing a jwd book club.
would anyone be interested?
everyone could throw out suggestions of books and i could pick one at random for each read.. i was thinking a book every 2 weeks, but i know a lot of people have kids and obligations so maybe every month would be better?
