**** Some people don't teach their children manners. Grrr. ****
by FlyingHighNow ini had an hour to kill before picking julian up at a birthday party, last friday.
so, i decided to go relax at the library.
"when i was a child, we gave up our chairs for adults.

- Using personal equipment (such as computers, cellular phones and audio players) that is disruptive, noisy or unsafe. Audio equipment may be used with headphones if it does not disturb others.
- Overcrowding in seating areas. This includes having 1) no more than four people per table; 2) no more than one person per carrel or chair and; 3) no more than two people per computer workstation. This rule does not apply to infants under two years of age.
- No Reserving carrels or tables. ( This rude library says you can't reserve seats)...
- Sleeping in excess of thirty minutes. This rule does not apply to children under four years of age.

It's all simple school bus manners... one person one seating spot , if someone needs a seat..you're on the inside seat
you move over to allow them to sit down...even a child can understand this (maybe, hopely ? )

This whole story of rudely taking up all the available seating reminds me of a memory I have as a child.
We were raising two piglets together... we had a trough that we would fill with food ...it was likely
5 feet long and very narrow in width... the male piglet at feeding time would lay in the trough eat his way backward
making sure the female piglet would get little or no food ! I would hope we as even half caring humans would be showing
more consideration and understanding of our fellow man and teaching our children such.. if not God help the human
race in the future !
May "common courtesy" never become old fashioned or out dated !!!Respecting someone's personal views and how they live their life is a different kind of respect than showing common courtesy

What did you dream about doing in the "New System"?
by lurk3r inlife in the new system, did you give it much thought?
sure, we would be brought to perfection, and there would be a resurrection, but how about other things?.
in my years growing up and living as a jw, i never really thought about it that much.

To call them a F-----ing idiot is disrespectful and rude and breaks rule # 3 in the posting guidelines
Wait a minute Flipper how do you know the axis of the earth hasn't shifted somewhat since the rules where written in 2000 AD

Okay about Doe and Minimus.....at least they give me something to read everyday. I like 'em both. Doe has a killer sense of humor, I just think some people don't' "get it"
... it's all perfectly clear to me now !!!! I think hillary_step might understand himHope everything is much clearer now !!! If 90% don't get your humor it's pretty much lost n'est pas ?(everyone must know French right ? )
