Dirty Field Service Moments

hey everybody!.

i thought it would be fun to share some of your nasty/funniest/embarrassing/messed up/dirty field service stories- witnesses get off on driving around and sharing their stories with each other since... they usually have nothing else in common with the people they are driving around in field service with- but field service itself.. and you know i'm right, driving around listening to brother and sister so-and-so tell you about their amazing study.. who will never ever step inside of a kingdum hall in their lives (smart folks i have to say).

so here's one of mine- a favorite:.

when i was at bethel most of my field service was in greenwich village.
two moments come to mind.

another bethel brother and i were in an apartment building. a nicely built
young guy opens the door wide, wearing some type of thong. in plain sight,
on a bed in that same room, was his naked male lover in a supine position.
the guy who answered the door was obviously enjoying the moment of our
distress. i'm not gay, so i just felt frightened, like i was way out of
my league at that moment. the funny thing was for two prissy bethel boys
to try to pretend that nothing was amiss, and to quickly say something to
give a witness and offer literature. can't remember how that part went.

i had made some sort of literature placement with a beautiful young woman.
so i took a young bethel sister with me to make the return visit. turns
out the boyfriend was there, too. ok, we all sit down, then boyfriend says
he wants to show us some pictures. fine, he hands each of us a sheaf of
photos. we start to look at the pictures, and we're looking at pictures
of the two of them making love....well, we got out of there with our lives,
but my head was buzzing for days. that woman was very appealling to me,
and i don't refer to the photos, which i barely saw. i wondered what would
have happened if i had gone on the rv by myself....that was one of the times
that i was conscious of longing to taste the forbidden fruit.

i was inspired to go by a fellow poster on the board who encouraged me to examine atheism a little more closely.

i am glad i went.. (now if anyone wants to come here and encourage me to be religious, sorry i won't respond to that on this thread.

think i'm there, but i've never actually said it, so why don't
i just say "I'M AN ATHEIST!" (and damned proud of it, too) :)

i've never said to my 9 year-old son categorically that god
doesn't exist. but usually when the topic of god and religion
comes up, he'll say "you mean the god that isn't?"
