I used to live in the city and hated it. That is why I moved to the country. Even though there is more stuff to do at night in the city, I'm more or less looking for people to go do things with.

Thanks for the input, I just don't like having people next door to me. In the country you don't have to worry about the noise you make or people looking in your windows.

I am sitting at home on yet another Saturday night alone. Yeah I guess I could go out, but it's not really fun going out alone to the same ol' bars seeing the same ol' drunks. There's not much to do around here being in a small southern town. I need to meet some people around here to go out with.

More or less I'm just venting that I'm bored, but if anyone wants to come down here and do something, let me know

tattoos and piercings, do they have a meaning for you?

lately on here someone got a piecing and my question is did it mean anything to you or was it a thing to do?

i have thought of getting a tattoo but i don't know what to get.

it needs to repersent something of significance in my life.

I got my first tat 3 years ago, and while it's just a small butterfly, I drew it myself, so it's special. My second one will be a tribute to my father (which I also drew myself). I also plan on getting more. And although tattoos are forever as terry said, if I really liked a hairstyle or whatever I would keep it. And tattoos can be a work of art if done correctly. True it is becoming more common place, but you shouldn't be afraid of doing something just because people think it's tacky or don't agree with it. It's not peer preasure unless you have to be talked into it.

My piercings though were done merely for defiance and pleasure reasons.

i just wondered if anyone has been to a church since fading, or getting out?

and how did you feel when you went?

I don't know how I would react if I went to a church, but I think I might give it a try, mainly for fellowship. I don't know very many people in my small town, but since fading I have lost contact with my so called friends. All I have to choose from here is methodist, baptist, church of christ, and an independant church. Since I've never been to any other churches I don't know what they teach or what to expect. But I think a few of you have touched on that for me.

i've tried the online thing for awhile and i'm not getting anywhere.

other than bars and clubs, where else can i go or what else can i do to get a date.

I live in a very small town and it's not easy to meet people to dat here. I have joined a club, but I found out that it's all older women. and as far as speed dating I don't think we have any of that within driving distance.

Btw, if any of you know anyone in north east Alabama or western Georgia, I'm still looking. LOL
