  Welcome Glitter,

  Ugh, glad to be out of it, I just wish people I care about were away from them too... This is my first post - I've been looking what I've written for ages debating whether or not to send this - it's insane but I'm so scared of getting in trouble for posting here! I'm really nervous - it's ridiculous isn't it.

  Don't be nervous, Glitter, it will pass. The first time I posted here I was sure the heavens would open up and devour me with fire. Well, it never happened. You will find alot of support and caring on this board, just stick around,kiddo.

  and no i don't mean the man, the poster animal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  although he is loveable............... i love animals, i have two dogs, a black lab named snoopy and a pug, named pug.

  sometimes we call him pig, or dig, or mama's little baby.

  Yes the great thing about Shelties compared to many other breeds is their diverse background. I believe because there are so many breeds behind them that that they have less problems with genetic disease than many other purebreds. And I've heard horror stories about the flea problem in Florida.

  Yes, I think Shelties are just the best, altho some people consider them wimps. They do shed alot and can be a little barky. I'm not ready for the emotional investment of another "only dog" right away, either. I certainly know I won't give him a human name. It'll be Spot or Bingo this time!

  Rejection

  i faithfully attended all the meetings at the local kingdom hall...someone was studying with me...i went out in field service.but i never got invited to any of their social events.this hurt me so bad i stopped going to meetings.just curious,anyone else ever experience shunning?

  My great love is my Shelties.(Miniature Collies.) I have 2 males, 5 females, and a litter of 2 week old pups. They are just adorable. I wish I could put their pictures up but don't have a scanner.

  I lost my Sheltie Brandon in January. Putting him to sleep has been one of the hardest things I've had to do. He was my child, my baby. None of the other dogs come close to taking his place and I have an empty spot in my heart.

  DA letter supplementary - will this finally do it?

  i da'd back in february and have been receiving fortnightly attempts to visit me ever since - two weeks ago i received a note through my door with a copy of a letter stating the "truth" from the bethel ... i can't leave it at that, so this is what i mailed today ... i hope i haven't made any big mistakes in it - my thanks to www.randytv.com for helping me with the sources i used
