  hey, the so-called "secret" or "members only" watchtower is available online at www.jw.org.

  yes, it's true.

  the fds is trying to control us so much, they are making it available in a top secret location; the internet!

  How many JW's are leaving the the org each year - is the figure rising?

  i think i've seen clever posters work out how many leave the organisation each year, or at least stop being 'publishers'.

  how many have been leaving each year since 2000?

  is the number increasing?.

  I haven’t downloaded the file, but the cover page appears green. Since this issue is for studies beginning March 17th. Is St. Patrick’s Day an OK Witness holiday? ;)

  USA parts not worth visiting

  for a tourist that intends to visit the usa and engage in travelling around and sightseeing, what places in that country would you advise will be a waste of time to visit?

  ronin1 - If you're really from Florida, you'd know that Disneyland is not there - it's in California. HOWEVER, Walt Disney World is in Florida. Don't confuse the tourists anymore than we have to.

  How FAST can you type?

  take the test and see .

  i remember in high school, i was able to type at 40 words per minute after counting my errors, and they way they counted it, if i remember well, was your total words minus the errors you made to give an approximate speed.. here is the test.

  it's only a fun quiz so don't be mad if i type faster than you .

  so i was bored and clicked on the little "big boards" thing at the bottom of the screen.

  you can get a lot of statistical information with lots of neat graphs there that're pretty interesting.

  Anyone with type 2 Diabetes?

  i have been to two doctors appointments in the last 7 months and it is confirmed that i have type 2 diabetes.

  i was so scared when i found out, i have had many of my family die early from that illness.

  since leaving the jw's , i can say that now i finally don't have the death wish that i secretly carried with me for so many years.

  I was only taking Metformin. (Didn't like what the other additional drugs threaten to do to me e.g. liver, etc.) I wasn't very good at taken meds as "religously" as I should. (Can I say that on JWD? ;) ) Anyway, my health care provider told me about Byetta (fondly called Lizard Spit) synthesized from Gila Lizard saliva. It is injected with a VERY small needle - the finger poke hurts more. My levels are now where they should be and I've cut back significantly from my Metformin. For a forum, go to http://lizardspit.blogstream.com/, and check out the comments under "We're meeting here." I haven't had any of the nausea that some people had, and I'm sticking with the lowest dose.
