  Jehovahs Witnesses and mental illness

  hi, i was wondering if any of you have any statistics when it comes to the percentage of jws or ex witnesses reporting to suffer from mental illnesses?

  i was raised in 'the truth' and was rather rudely awakened by the lack of love.

  when i was a dub.....and had such good friends...party friends....vacation friends.....we never even did the morning text, cause we all woke up at different times depending on how much we drank the night before.........we could be on a cruise, at a beach house, or riding board in colorado......and damm....spiritual wt conversation was not in the picture!!........

  so kinda funny that they all shun me now, even though i am not dfd........so if i had them over sociall....should they even come, what are they afraid of?...........i mean back then the bible shit never ever came up anyway............oompa.

  did you guys have friends who were all dubby on vaca/holiday or at parties?

  the more i read the comments made by jw who still "believe" in the doctrines of the wt the more i see that they are in denial.

  first off they debate on a board they are not even supposed to be on, they are going directly against the gb counsel.

  when they debate they do not give the actual wt doctrine as an example they give their own personal opinion, their own interpretation a watered down version of the doctrine to make it look better, less aggressive.

  i am not sure if apologists are any different from most dubs......many dubs...both those at attention, and those just floating through the sea of blissful truths........often have no clue as to current light, nor recent changes, nor past changes.........so are they all apologists??............oompa

  What do you do for canker sores?

  because mine is hurting like a mofo here... it's at the back of my cheek, where my lower and upper jaw connect,and i can't close my teeth without chomping on it because its swollen out.

  my lymph glands under my neck hurt to the touch, the entire side of my head down to my shoulders hurt.. i've tried peroxide mouthwash, salt mouthwash, orajel (which help for about 30 seconds), and aspirin placed on it (which helps for about ten minutes).

  today, at work, i put a bunch of salt directly on it which just stung like the dickens for about 10 minutes and now i'm back to square one with the ongoing pain.

  omg spike........now really feel sorry for you man........you eat mostly the same thing at meals every day??.....and boiled beef only???......if i had to eat like that id want canks all over me body...............shoot me!

  Is there encouragement and hope for the disfellowshipped?

  i am 24 years old i was disfellowshipped at 21 and reinstated last year january then committed a sin and disfellowshipped again five months later.. i don't think i realized what i got into.

  i tried hard to fend for myself and get back in, the pressure got to me and i fell out again.

  but since i understood what it entailed i fought hard to stay in.

  in your last post....did i hear you say you felt you did something wrong, asked for forgiveness, repented, and felt remorse????.............and i assume you expressed this got god right?...........yet for some reason you also felt the need to express this repentence three men in a back room?...........not once but twice this last time?............and then you did it once before the first time you were kicked to the curb???

  you are kind of a slow learner eh?...lol.............sorry, if you can not laugh sometimes you will cry even more...........i thought it was supposed to be about a "close personal relationship with god"???............it is not an orgy relationship dammit!....you dont need other sinful men to determine if you are flukkin sorry or not!!!!............i hope you bond even closer with your fiancee, and finally see that you should not care what these self-righteous men in the hall think about you.....they prob do wish you would go away.....you are now a reappearing stain.....oompa

  so to your question..........YES there is encouragement and hope for the disfellowshipped.......but it is FAR away from kindom halls....and unfortunately can result in some pain if you lose friends and family over it......but that is not your fault they are so judgemental....it gets better with long term poontang and nice inlaws..............

  " all kinds of comments were made regarding internet porn, adultery, oral sex, etc, all being a device designed to trap jehovah's people, resulting in thier spiritual demise.

  ok...i bought a 22 marlin semi-auto rifle at kmart when i was 13 for 39.99.........great gun and i still have it.....still shoots lr as fast as you can pull the trigger

  then i bought my dream gun a few years ago..........winchester model 94 30-30 .......the grand lever action of all good cowboy movies........just something about that sound of putting that next shell in the chamber...........

  then i got a mossberg pump 12 gauge holding 6

  the last gun i bought not long ago from our own jk666 formally here.....was his sweet 45 glock......however it did not fit my hand well and i traded it for a buddies smith and wesson model 27 .357 magnum........a beaut in mint condition......worth way more than the glock........it fits my hand like a glove and is by far the most accurate handguns i hafe ever fired (nails 5 gallon bucket at 100 yards).....no scope.............oompa

  my jw wife refuses to learn to shoot any of them as she would rather be raped and murdered, and watch me have my throat slit rather than be bloodguilty blowing some guys nuts off in our own home??????
