hi folks,.
i don't have access to a wt library cd-rom, so i was wondering if i could get some assistance.
the theory of resurrection, where every single part of a person is re-created (their memories are remembered by god, they are then re-created into a re-created body), someone from my youtube channel challenged me regarding articles in the wt or awake that state this.
From Kurukshetra to Armageddon — and Your Survival
Obviously the next two are from watchtower magazines.
***w96 10/15 pp.5-6 Life After Death—How, Where, When?***
You can thus see that at the time of death, the previously alive person, or the living soul, ceases to exist. The body goes back to “dust” or to the elements of the earth either gradually by burial and subsequent decay or hastened by cremation. Jehovah told Adam: “Dust you are and to dust you will return.” (Genesis 3:19) How, then, is life after death possible? It is because God has his own memory of the person who died. Jehovah has the miraculous power and ability to create humans, so it should not be surprising that he in his memory can preserve a record of the life pattern of the individual. Yes, all prospects for that one to live again rest with God.
***w83 1/1 p.7 Do You Really Count With God?***
‘But,’ you may ask, ‘what about the dead? Do they count with the Great Shepherd?’ They certainly do! That is why the apostle Paul “was declaring the good news of Jesus andtheresurrection.” (Acts 17:18) Surely, the resurrection is an outstanding example of Jehovah’s concern for the individual. Why so? Because it shows that He has kept a record, down to the most minute detail, of the personality of those who are to be restored to life. The Supreme Controller of the universe, with its millions of galaxies and stars, is undaunted by the need to recall all that personality data and to imprint it in a recreated brain and heart. Little wonder that Jesus proclaimed with conviction: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his [Jesus’] voice and come out.”—John 5:28, 29.
Hope this comes out right this time.

Even the dead will be remembered. Countless millions of humans of all races and religions will be brought back to life from their sleep of death. This will not be a rebirth or transmigration of a soul. Rather, God Almighty will recreate human bodies, and from his unfailing memory he will provide them with their former life patterns and personalities, so that they will be recognized again by their loved ones.

not only did the public watchtower issue attempt to screw with educate those who believe in being born again, but their preach to teach your children article (pg 24-25) also reinforced the idea of keeping away from those who aren't jws worship false gods.
reminds me of their recent meanderings in their april study edition, only this one has been dubbed down simplified to brain wash teach the children.
a small box on the bottom of pg 29 relates the catholic observence of lent to pagan practices.. i'm not any good at a blondie type rehash, but this issue makes me wish i was.. for those who are interested in the parts of this issue that were not already posted and do not have a copy of their own, i scanned the issue in its entirety and put in a searchable pdf format.. http://www.sendspace.com/file/0amdvy.
