not sure about the rest of you that are mentally out, but every now and again i still have those moments where i think "ok god, if this is in fact the true religion and the organization is right and i'm on the wrong path, send me a big, glaringly obvious sign that i can't ignore.. .

It sounds like your saying because you happened to be at a store in your community and a person who professes to be a JW, (annointed no less) who no doubt lives in your community and you just happened to see at a store is some kind of sign saying you should be at a meeting. Is that what your saying?
i was having coffee at a starbucks located in a supermarket chain in one of the towns i work in my business .
while sitting there doing paperwork , what looked like 3 elders on their field service break sat at a table no more than 4 feet from me .
after eavesdropping it was obvious they were elders as they were talking about the c.o.

Faith is somthing you don't have to have in life. Of course if you need to have faith, I'm sure you will find somthing to have faith in. At this point I don't need to have faith I may or may not in the future however if I do develop faith in somthing, it will be on my own terms.
