i thought after 7 years out i had done a pretty good job of getting my mind free of the jws.. then yesterday i went on youtube and typed in jehovah's witness.
after watching a few apostate videos, i came across a pro-jw video of a convention.
as i started the video and they started singing "we thank you jehovah" i got a mega wave of nausea and felt like i had to switch the thing off.. has this happened to you?

Was having my morning coffee when I watched the video. My impressions...3:25 lost minutes of my life that I will never get back:-( Was almost expecting everybody to raise their right arm at the end for a massive "Hail Jehovah" And this video got a 4-star rating!!!

picked up our costumes yesterday, and played dress ups all afternoon heheh.. here is the top half of what i will look like, i took the photo myself so i wasnt able to get the whole costume in.

happiness abounds of late on the board.
idealism is great, tempered by reality.. i've had friends and family that were perpetually gloomy [often with good reason], but also those who were generally upbeat.
I strongly believe happiness is our birthright.
We are all born totally innocent and happy.
Then, life happens...
We get conditioning from family, school, religion, and what-not.
It is what we make of all this conditioning that ultimately brings happiness or unhappiness.
