KH reinstatement letters filed
by Olivia Wilde indoes anyone know if you can request your original reinstatement letters back from the congregation.... mine contained too many specifics & personal information that i prefer for no one to know & have access to 2 elders of that committee are no longer there, i've been reinstated 4 yrs & had been df'd for 3 years & i had wrote 3 letters until finally was acepted by 3rd one,..... has anyone attempted to get them back?
since ttat i don't feel comfortable for anyone to know deeply private things i wrote in those lettrrs...

As the Elders are not bound by "Ecclesiastical privilege" what ever you tell them is open for them to tell whoever they like..IE their wife's,mates ect.
It depends on what country you are in,were i live anyone can ask any company,bank,church ect for any information they have on them to be turned over to them within 28 days.

Are the J.W's reaching a "Tipping point"?
by karter ini haven't been to a meeting in 15 years but my mother and sister are hard as j.w's.
the brothers they are appointing elders are at best suspect like one guy from my old hall made elder,big time drug used before becoming a j.w his talks are all over the place and would have struggled to make m,s years ago but with at least 60 to 70 % of young ones leaving the pool to pick from is at best reduced.. 2 other recent elders both young and zero life experience both on benefits one not well at all falls asleep all the time.. the decent,kind elders mostly older and are decent people with alot of life experience are burning out fast as there are so few of them left like 3 per congro of 100 publishers.. then you have the rich elders who wouldn't ever think of inviting some poor older or mis-fit person out to the expensive placers they go to as they couldn't afford to go so they are above the r&f and the r&f get pissed off with them.
then we have the ones who have "put the kingdom 1st" who are now old worn out and barely getting by from welfare cheque to welfare cheque that are saying "the system should have been over many years ago" it's still here and they are struggling everyday.. then there are the pioneers who have a low payed reduced hour job that seem to think anyone who has anything is totally materialistic and looks down on anyone getting a new car buying a house ect.. along with the child abuse issues,the generation change,access to information the the g.b don't want anyone to know ,not to mention the issues around blood.. is there a tipping point coming????

Leaving the org and marriage possibly ending
by atacrossroads ini was raised a witness, baptized at 16, vacation pioneered, got married, etc.
i was very much your typical witness and believed it was the truth until last summer.
a very close relative of mine left the witnesses.

I was in the same situation as you and as long as i didn't say anything bad about the J.W's thing were Ok between my wife and i.
However i stared saying a few things then got very vocal after i'd done some research online and that was the end of our marriage.
Best thing to happen to me as i'm totally free of all things J.W and made some TRUE friends who don't judge me on how much field service i do or how i comment at meetings ect.
If you want your marriage to stay intact i suggest no matter how hard it is say nothing bad about the J.W's even if it is true.

Royal Commission needs to call GB to personally testify
by RedPillPopper inthe gb needs to be subpenaed to testify just like losch was.
the commission needs to subpena each one individually and make separate fines when each one refuses.

The G.B cannot be subpenaed to Australia as Australian law does not apply in the U.S. however I bet no G.B dares to Visit Australia any time soon as their arse will be dragged before the R.C!. Karter
