  If you want someone to tell you what to do, I will. I have spent my whole life as a Witness. Say screw it, don't study anymore, don't go to any more meetings. You're not baptized, they can't do anything to you. You get baptized and they will divide your family.

  I'm a mom, I was a Witness, my sister is a lesbian. Love your child, love your sister and run like hell from the Witnesses.

  I have 3 kids of my own. I am proud that I am now teaching them to reason and think for themselves, not follow instructions blindly like a robot.

  maybe I'm naiive, but I'll continue to give you the benefit of the doubt, for now.

  If you get baptized you will not be able to speak to your sister.

  I suggest you research the Witnesses before you get baptized. I also suggest you read the Bible without the publications, to see if they really do follow it. And don't put yourself in God's position as judge.

  If you are a troll, I suggest you leave the good people of the site alone.

  Hello fellow Tennessean!

  I am in the same situation, only my sister and I both left last month.

  I met her girlfriend, and her daughter. They have stayed at my house hiding from a crazy ex husband. I email her girlfriend suggesting Xmas presents ( our first ). I babysit her daughter when she goes to court over the divorce. Do I like it? No, not really. But my sister is happier than she has ever been, and she deserves happiness like all of us. I don't understand it either, but I didn't understand when she moved to Ireland for a month ALONE!

  This is how I look at it, love your sister. She is still your sister. And Lord knows when this all comes out she will have few there to love her. And if everything all falls apart for her, you will be her safe place.

  You can PM me anytime you want, I know how you feel. When she told me she was leaving the org I was happy. Then she came over and told me she had a girlfriend and good feeling was gone.

  That which does not kill us makes us stronger.

  If you STILL believe in GOD, what do you believe is the RIGHT way?

  i should preface this by saying that this is generally directed towards the premise of still believing in the christian god, the bible as the inspired word of god, and the desire to worship him in spite of the disillusionment of the jw "take" on "true" christianity.. i am left with many unanswered questions, but don't get me wrong, i don't have "having all answers" listed as a prerequisite to worship god, because even the bible doesnt list all answers, ......faith is expected in at least some areas.

  so........that said....... please grace little ol' me with your sincere answers to the following questions:.
