  This second eMail-Adress does not work either. It is strange: the article states that Williams is still working for the Alabama A&M University. He even has a personal website there but cannot be reached...

  I would not contact his superiors because I think this really has nothing to do with his job.
  
  
  But what I would like to know is if he is really quoted correctly. And if he is than the recurring "mathematical correct" strikes me. I think than he is aware of the flaws of 1914 and he is just willing to confirm the "mathematical correctness" of the calculation.

  WTS Founds Charity in Germany!

  when there was the flood in europe, jw in germany founded "solidaritaet mit katastrophenopfern" (solidarity with victims of catastophies) to collect donations.

  now, km 2/04 announces that this charity has been registered as "christliches humanitaeres hilfswerk der zeugen jehovas in deutschland" (christian humanitarian relief organization of jehovah's witnesses in germany) .

  the announcement says that under the supervision of the christian congregation it supports the victims of catastrophies.

  The announcement says that under the supervision of the Christian Congregation it supports the victims of catastrophies. It says "The brothers have appreciated the help accomplished by the donantions very much." So, it is not clear if they are helping JW only. I wonder if you can register a relief organization that helps JW only.

  when you left the jw's did you start smoking cigarettes or had you already started smoking cigarettes before?

  and for those who became jw's later on in life, were you smoking cigarettes before joing the organization and was it hard to stop?

  and now how many cigarettes do you smoke a day?

  last year i attended an xjw workshop, i wrote here about my experiences.

  the workshop was conducted by dieter rohmann (http://www.kulte.de), a psychologist and a collegue of steven hassen.

  the idea came from a support group in the south of germany.

  Our first meeting was now almost a month ago and very successful: there were seven in attendance. There are already some new people that will join us at the second meeting.

  I had not smoked a single cigarette before I left. Later I smoked a few but I cannot even remember the last time I did. Must have been some months ago.

  It is a new freedom to decide not to smoke.
