In the last 58 years we have seen birthdays go, Jesus and Jehovahs separated co-eternal, blood transfusions banned, JC's set up in current for , BOE's reorganized, titles change, GB set up, FDS no longer President of WTBTS, Generation change twice, Organ transplants allowed, fractions allowed, voting "allowed", 75 is gone , 2000 was a fizzer.........who wants to add to this list?
Point being, major changes are part of this org, why are we so surprised to hear more are coming?
To the previous poster, if you have been in the truth 35 years, youve seen major changes havent you? How do you feel about that?

That rumor was proved to be true!!
So not all whispers are wrong.......

HLC talks to cease
by dozy init has long been the practise for hlc members to give occasional (usually annually) public & special talks and local needs items on blood & related issues at meetings.
these were often quite well organised with powerpoint presentations , handouts and open q & a session.. as of jan 2008 , the wts has written to all hlc members telling them that they can no longer do this & has written to bodies of elders telling them that they can no longer invite brothers to give talks , especially concerning the "advance medical directive document".. a hlc friend tells me that the wts apparently are further wanting to distance themselves from possible legal action and are also concerned that some hlc members are putting their own slant on the wts "conscience matters"..

Layoffs are definitely going on, Max "the axe" Lloyd went over there years ago as the layerofferer!!!
Al the New Yprk building are being sold off and plans to make the farm bigger extent 7 years into the future...........
What that means Im not sure, but the original posts is straight from the big house, as I said, as soon as I find out more, It will be posted, for obvious reasons one has to be discreet.

how would we know?...............most of us never had it........didn't make any difference...........we talked about it...........fantasied about it...........dreamt about it..........i' m sure because we could't have it.

Do Most Witnesses know about UN SCANDAL?
by Abandoned init seems to me that most witnesses still don't know about the un scandal.
since it has been such a useful tool in helping people see the truth about the lying duplicity of the watchtower, how can we get this message out to more in the organization?

Most dont know and if they did, wouldnt care.
I have said before, most of my peers ( 20-30) have no interest in the org other than social, those that do, are social misfits.
Most go through the motions, sin, confess, sin, confess, get married, have kids, sin , confess with a little meaningless preaching in between.
Seriously, its a like walking into a room full of people and no one talking.
