  When any organized cult such as Scientology JWS, and the list goes on institutes shunning between family essentially breaking that family apart, who have a crime against humanity plain and simple When you look at the loving/ upbuilding/counsel/come talks they are just thinly disguised HATE speech designed to terrorise the membership into submission. The hypocrites state that christendom frighten people with hell. While they require families and friends to treat former members as dead even though they are living!! Disgusting!

  although i have watched the "faith in action" video before and it still has the same effect on me as it always does, this image is the most evocative of them all.

  a tragic story of how the watchtower unduly influenced or brain washed a 14 year old jehovah's witness into martyrdom.

  the real irony here is the synthetic blood that failed was a hemoglobin solution, and red blood cells are nothing but tiny doughnut shaped bags of hemoglobin.

  any thinking person will conclude that if red cells are blood, then so is hemoglobin.

  making a child be a martyr to their misguided/dangerous interpretation of scripture will NEVER be seen as a good witness. A policy Enforced by fear ......of being disfellowshipped/shunned. STUPID and a waste of a lovely young life full of potential.

  I Hate the Sound of the Word Jehovah

  listening to clips of the latest manipulative video from the watchtower i realised how much i detest that word - jehovah.. sometimes i have thought it would be interesting to observe a meeting or part of a convention.

  every time i heard that word i would be unable to stay in my seat.. i have a visceral reaction every time i hear it.

  it stands for so much that i have contempt for.

  went to a market yesterday and there it was a cart manned by a middle-aged women and a young one.

  in a really respectful, friendly manner i approached them and enquired if watchtower society had done anything about its "two witness policy" post royal commission.

  knew nothing of 2 witness rule.

  Individuals who hold dangerous beliefs shouldn't be afforded the shelter that comes with the sentiment; "all viewpoints and beliefs should be respected".

  Your right!

  I think I was trying to say challenge the belief not the person. Respect is a valuable commodity, it should be earned, not dished out unconditionally.
