i moved in with my cousin deb and her husband bobby at the first of 2012.. this mean i didn't live alone any longer.
that was both a good and a not so good thing!.
i eat home cooked meals.
In 2012:
The Good- Was accepted to Nursing school (which starts in 14 days)
Sold about $1000 worth of my handmade knives
Lived another year with my legendary family
Bad- My son had two surgeries and started peritoneal dialysys.
That's as pithy as I can make it
i am really going to miss having her as a close friend.
we both helped each other this past year, as we were both dealing with the passing of people we loved.
she was a strong part of my support group.
I had just recently made Becca's aquaintance on FB and really found her to be a wonderful person in the short time I knew her. Count yourself incredibly lucky to have been a close friend of hers. She was definitely worth it.

time with family, time for fun, and in the midst of it all - we got married!
after christmas we were in palm springs for the weather and golf, but took off for nevada on thursday and tied the knot in a sweet, simple ceremony.

No not here in the States. If I was in downtown Baghdad I probably wouldn't but then again if I was in downtown Baghdad then things have probably gone to shit already.
